This is the first time I do a Thank You Post friends, i wanted to do it because it means a lot to me.
Para los amigos que no me conocen aún, yo comparto en mi Blog cómo hago mis costuras a mano. Si sueño con tener mi máquina de coser, pero como dice el dicho "Lo bueno tarda en llegar." 🙉
For friends who don't know me yet, I share on my Blog how I do my sewing by hand. Yes I dream of having my sewing machine, but as the saying goes "Good things come to those who wait " 🙉

In the dark
Estuve un tiempo ausente en la comunidad debido a un inconveniente que tuve en casa, actualmente las lluvias han estado perjudicando las viviendas y tuve la mala suerte de pasar por eso junto con mi familia.
La razón de mi desánimo vino después cuando quisimos arreglar las cosas materiales, una de ellas fue la electricidad, durante la tormenta hubo un cortocircuito en uno de los postes de la calle, el cableado de mi casa básicamente quedó inservible. Por lo que, aparte del susto que nos hizo pasar las explosiones esa noche, quedamos sin luz.
I was absent for a while in the community due to an inconvenience I had at home, currently the rains have been damaging the houses and I had the bad luck to go through that along with my family.
The reason for my discouragement came later when we wanted to fix material things, one of them was the electricity, during the storm there was a short circuit in one of the street poles, the wiring in my house was basically unusable. So, apart from the shock of the explosions that night, we were left without electricity.
Esta foto la tomé luego del cortocircuito, es un alambre que forma parte de una pequeña cerca en mi casa, encendido con una pequeña chispa producto de la electricidad de los cables del poste que le quedaron encima, debido a eso la cerca tenía corriente y también la posibilidad de incendiarse.
This photo was taken after the short circuit, it is a wire that is part of a small fence in my house, lit with a small spark from the electricity of the wires of the post that remained on top of it, because of that the fence had current and also the possibility of catching fire.

Three days later
Resumiendo la historia, tuve que comprar cableado y breaker nuevo, gracias al cielo no se quemó ningún electrodoméstico en casa. Sin embargo el gasto era muy grande, en mayor parte los 50 metros de cable, que se vende a 3 dólares por metro, segundo lugar el Breaker y tercero el pago al señor electricista.
To make a long story short, I had to buy new wiring and a new breaker, thank goodness no electrical appliance burned down at home. However, the expense was very large, mostly the 50 meters of cable, which sells for 3 dollars per meter, secondly the Breaker and thirdly the payment to the electrician.
Éste es mi Breaker viejito que se quemó, aún no se había cambiado por el nuevo.
This is my old Breaker that burned out, it had not yet been replaced by the new one.

Por supuesto, se arregló todo tres días después porque las lluvias no paraban, y no era correcto acomodar la electricidad con ese clima, sobre todo porque el cable iba a llegar hasta el poste de electricidad.

Of course it was all fixed three days later because the rains wouldn’t stop, and it wasn’t right to accommodate the electricity in that weather, especially since the cable was going all the way to the power pole.

A costly inconvenience
Fueron 180 dólares que me llegaron a dejar sin sueño durante varios días, yo sinceramente no sabía que iba a ser tan caro amigos. Mis padres están jubilados por la tercera edad, así que sin darles tiempo a pensar mucho, yo que no tenía ni un insecto en bolsillo les dije que no se preocuparan.🙉
No hace falta decirles que mis ahorros no fueron suficientes, el motivo de este agradecimiento es que principalmente gracias a Hive y su apoyo como parte de la comunidad, pude saldar la deuda vaciando un poco de lo que había acumulado durante meses en mi blog y restaurar la electricidad de mi casa.
No me gusta vaciar mi Blog a excepción de cuando tengo gastos importantes en casa, o la Universidad, que queda a una hora de distancia de casa y tengo que viajar todos los días. De lo contrario guardo como hormiga. 🐜
It was 180 dollars that left me sleepless for several days, I honestly did not know it was going to be so expensive friends. My parents are retired due to old age, so without giving them time to think too much, I who did not have a bug in my pocket told them not to worry.🙉
Needless to tell you that my savings were not enough, the reason for this thank you is that mainly thanks to Hive and your support as part of the community, I was able to pay off the debt by emptying a little of what I had accumulated for months on my blog and restore the electricity in my house.
I don't like to empty my Blog except when I have important expenses at home, or University, which is an hour away from home and I have to travel every day. Otherwise I save like an ant. 🐜

A while without returning to my blog
Me sentí muy mal de ánimos para volver a hacer mis Post de costuras, retiré mucho de mi cuenta, a la que había dado tiempo y dedicación para hacerla crecer, así que sentí que había dado un gran paso hacia atrás, y solo me ponía triste al ver mi blog aquí en Hive.
Quiero pasar mucho tiempo y crecer en esta comunidad con ustedes, por lo que no pude evitar la tristeza al sentir que solo estaba retrocediendo.
I was in a really bad mood to get back to doing my Sewing Posts, I withdrew a lot from my account, which I had given time and dedication to grow it, so I felt like I had taken a big step backwards, and it just made me sad to see my blog here on Hive.
I want to spend a lot of time and grow in this community with you, so I couldn't help but feel sad that I was only going backwards.

Ha pasado mucho tiempo hasta que decidí regresar y empezar de nuevo, por supuesto primero darle las gracias por el apoyo que me han dado, puesto que éste gran gasto lo pagué en su totalidad gracias a los ahorros que tanto atesoraba en el Blog. Por supuesto quiero volver a ahorrar como hormiga de nuevo y seguir creciendo con ustedes.
Hive y las maravillosas personas que la conforman me ayudan a sanar mi corazón al compartir y hacer nuevos amigos cada día.
It has been a long time until I decided to come back and start again, of course first thank you for the support you have given me, since this great expense I paid in full thanks to the savings that I treasured so much in the Blog. Of course I want to save like an ant again and continue to grow with you.
Hive and the wonderful people that make it up help me heal my heart by sharing and making new friends every day.
