Um back people with another blog post in HIVE.
This time I'm going to showcase one of my battle using Exploding Dwarf in splinterlands weekly battle challenge.
Exploding Dwarf is a common fire monster that's of reward edition.
This monster have melee attack for which this monster can attack only from the first position unless the battle has some special ruleset and it has blast ability at the lower level for what it does additional damage to monsters adjacent to the target monster.

For this challenge, you'll need to showcase a battle using the theme card and you should talk about the monsters that you use in the battle, about the battle.
The entry post should be shared on any social media and I'll use my twitter handle for that.
There should be a #splinterlands tag.
Then you should leave your post link and your social media link where you shared it as a comment in the official challenge post of @splinterlands.
Battling procedure with Exploding Dwarf:
As you'll need to battle with Exploding Dwarf so you should play the battle using fire splinter as Exploding Dwarf is a fire monster.
From the battle page, you need to click on the ranked battle button and you should wait for a little time.
This takes a little time to find a worthy opponent.
It might take a little longer sometimes and sometimes as it seems.
Then you'll see that you have an enemy waiting for you on the other side.
You can see everything about the battle here such as-
Rules of the battle, mana cap of the battle, splinters that can be used in the battle, the countdown time and you can check on your opponent too from here.
Click on the Make Team button.
Then you'll find a page with all your splinters that can be used in the battle.
As I had to play this battle with fire splinter to showcase the battle of Exploding Dwarf as that's a fire monster, I chose Pyre which is my fire splinters summoner.
Then I chose the cards that I wanted in this battle.
There I chose Furious Chicken, Exploding Dwarf, Elven Mystic.
Buying procedure of Exploding Dwarf card(s):
- First, you need to go to the market and then you'll need to find the card or you can go directly from this link.
- Then you'll need to find the best suitable cards for you.
You can buy high-level cards or you can buy level 1 single cards and then you can combine them and you can upgrade the level.
My lineup for this battle:
The mana cap for this battle was 12 with standard ruleset and friendly monster team had three monsters against the enemy monster team with only two monsters.
Furious Chicken:
Furious Chicken is a rare neutral monster that I have in level 1.
I used Furious Chicken in that position as a bait so that it can get hits from enemies when Exploding Dwarf of the friendly team gets some chance to attack,
Besides I couldn't do anything better but using a monster with 0 mana as the mana cap of the battle was so low as 12.
It has 1 speed, 1 Health in level 1.
It's a 0 mana monster.
Exploding Dwarf:
Exploding Dwarf is a common melee monster of fire splinter.
I used Phantasm in that position as it's mainly a melee attacker that only can attack from the first position unless the ruleset has some special buffs but with a very low health.
For the low health, I used the Furious Chicken before this monster as a extra shield.
It has 3 melee attack, 2 speed, 1 Health in level 1.
It's a 5 mana monster.
Elven Mystic:
Elven Mystic is a rare magic monster of neutral splinter.
I used Elven Mystic in that position as it's mainly a magic attacker that can attack from any position position so I used it in that place after I used other cards.
It has 1 magic attack, 2 speed, 3 Health in level 1.
It's a 4 mana monster.
In the battlefield:
Link to the battle.
Elven Mystic of the enemy monster team attacked for the first time in round 1.
Then Sea Monster of the enemy monster team attacked and killed the Furious Chicken of the friendly monster team.
Exploding Dwarf of the friendly monster team attacked for the first time this round on the Sea Monster of the enemy monster team and a monster of the enemy monster team died out of the blast of Exploding Dwarf of the friendly monster team.
The friendly monster team almost died if Sea Monster of the enemy monster team was not missing its target on the Exploding Dwarf of the friendly monster team.
Then with the help of Elven Mystic, Exploding Dwarf of the monster team attacked and killed the last monster of the enemy monster team and ended the battle.
The battle ended in round 4 where friendly monster team still had two monsters alive.
Exploding Dwarf of friendly monster team killed the last monster of the enemy monster team and there came victory.
