Today I want to share with you how to make an original and inexpensive napkin holder with a cute porcupine at home. It is a nice detail that will give a decorative and fun touch to your home.
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes cómo hacer en casa un original y económico servilletero de lindo puerco espin. Es un lindo detalle que dará un toque decorativo y divertido a tu hogar.
You will need to:
Necesitarás:
•Paper and pencil.
• Piece of white cardboard.
• Cardboard rectangle (14 centimeters wide and 16 centimeters wide)
• Scraps of fabric (brown, beige, pink and patterned)
• Thin cord.
•Glue.
•Scissor.
•Papel y lápiz.
•Trozo de cartulina blanca.
•Rectángulo de cartón ( 14 centímetros de ancho y 16 centímetros de lago)
•Retazos de tela( marrón, beige, rosada y estampada)
•Cordón delgado.
•Pegamento.
•Tijera.
He began by drawing a cute porcupine on the paper, cut out the figure. I proceed to horizontally mark the outline of the figure on the cardboard. I cut out the outline of the front and proceed to fold the cardboard rectangle to shape the napkin holder.
Inició dibujando en el papel un lindo puerco espin, recortó la figura. Procedo a marcar horizontalmente el contorno de la figura en el cartón. Recortó el contorno de la parte frontal y procedo a doblar el rectángulo de cartón para darle forma al servilletero.
Later I mark the outline of the figure on the brown cloth, cut it out. Then he used the figure of a porcupine as a pattern to cut his face and feet from the pieces of cloth.
Posteriormente marco en la tela marrón el contorno de la figura, recortó. Luego utilizó la figura de puerco espin como patrón para cortar en los retazos de tela su carita y piecitos.
I mark the outline of the napkin holder on the stamped fabric, cut out and then glued to the cardboard. I open 4 holes with the tip of the scissors, two in the front of the napkin holder and 2 in the back, where I will pass and braid the cord.
Marco en la tela estampada el contorno del servilletero, recortó y luego pegó a el cartón . Abro con la punta de la tijera 4 orificios dos en la parte frontal del servilletero y 2 en la parte posterior , por donde pasaré y trenzaré el cordón.
I proceed to glue the brown cloth figure to the cardboard and then continue gluing the inside of the porcupine's face as well as its eyes, nose and mouth. He cut out some pieces of cardboard on them, he glued the fabric pieces and finished by fixing them to the front of the figure.
Procedo a pegar la figura de tela marrón al cartón y luego continuó pegando la parte interna de la carita del puerco espin así como sus ojos, nariz y boca. Recortó unos piecitos de cartón sobre ellos pegó los de tela y finalizó fijándolos a la parte frontal de la figura.
This original and inexpensive napkin holder with a cute porcupine. It is a wonderful decorative and useful detail to give a touch of originality to our home.
Este original y económico servilletero de lindo puerco espin. Es un maravilloso detalle decorativo y útil para dar un toque de originalidad a nuestro hogar.
