The funny thing is, no matter how much coffee I have it’s never enough….I’m actually holding well over three tonnes of green coffee ready to roast and have another tonne paid for waiting to ship from plantations in Ethiopia, Honduras, Guatemala and Brazil.

Oh!! You are really branching out, aren't you? I remember when you got it from Ethiopia, I thought it was different, not so much that, but, I had never heard of them as a coffee-growing country. How do you like it compared to the central/south American coffee beans? Do you mix it or keep it straight?

I am sure it is pretty exciting to mix up different beans, much like a cocktail. :)
