How are you guys doing this evening so today I want to share with you guys how I just produce a laundry liquid soap
How to produce LAUNDRY SOAP
Ingredients needed
- p.k.o it means palm kernel oil
- caustic soda
3)soda ash
4)sulphate
5)silicate
6)calcium
7)perfume
Solution
P . k o 5 litres
Caustic soda 1kg
Soda ash 1kg
Sulphate 1kg
Calcium 1/2 kg
Silicate 1/2 litre
Fragrance 1/16 litre
Methodology:
Soda Ash - soak it with 3litres of water for 24 hours
Caustic soda - soak it with 3litres of water for 24 hours and cover the (2)
Solution:
Step 1:pour your p k o in a big bucket
Step 2 pour your caustic soda mix vigorously with turning stick
Step 3 add your soda ash and mix vigorously
Step 4: add 3 spoon of silicate and mix till it dissolve
Step 5: add your calcium 3 table spoon mix vigorously please
Step 6: put your fragrance 2 table spoon to avoid been watery
Please when soaking the caustic soda and soda ash mix it vigorously and cover it for 24hours
