Yes, hopefully it can be repaired, and it won't cost a lot, because Apple products are usually very expensive to repair.

I don't have any special advice or suggestion, just if you are using mac or window device, try Clip Studio Paint it's a really fun app😁

For Windows and Mac, it's only a one-time purchase, monthly for iPad and Android...
