Hola querida comunidad, quiero disculparme por mi pequeña ausencia en hive blog, pero la verdad hay un buen motivo que me respalda y es un logro mas en mi vida personal y la de mi familia, lo cual teníamos muchísimo tiempo detrás de ello y es la reparación de el techo de nuestro apartamento, puesto que la lluvia para nosotros paso a ser lo mas hermoso a lo mas odiado, nuestra casa se convertía en una piscina cada vez que llovía fuerte, cada día le pedíamos a diosito que no lloviera para estar tranquilos, fue duro esa etapa pero siempre dicen que después de la tormenta viene la calma.
Hello dear community, I want to apologize for my short absence from the hive blog, but the truth is that there is a good reason that supports me and it is one more achievement in my personal life and that of my family, which we had a long time behind and it is the repair of the roof of our apartment, since the rain for us became the most beautiful thing to the most hated, our house turned into a swimming pool every time it rained hard, every day we asked God not to rain to be calm , that stage was hard but they always say that after the storm comes calm.
Disculpen que no les muestre cada momento detallado, pero les juro que teníamos tanta emoción que personalmente no pensaba que iba a compartirlo con ustedes, estaba centrado en la reparacion.
Sorry I don't show you every detailed moment, but I swear we were so excited that I personally didn't think I was going to share it with you, I was focused on the repair.
La reparación la llevamos a cabo en 4 días, fuimos poco a poco porque temíamos que lloviese y nos dañara parte del trabajo y mas aun que se nos inundara el apartamento.
Acá comenzamos el primer dia despegando dos capas de manto asfaltico, esperamos que el sol le pegase fuerte para que secara la placa, luego procedimos a echarle un cemento aguado para penetrar las grietas y una vez seco regarle el primer (asfalto liquido).
We carried out the repair in 4 days, we went little by little because we feared that it would rain and damage part of the work and even more so that our apartment would flood.
Here we started the first day by peeling off two layers of asphalt layer, we waited for the sun to hit it hard so that the plate would dry, then we proceeded to pour a watery cement on it to penetrate the cracks and once it was dry, water it with the primer (liquid asphalt).
Así fuimos poco a poco a medida que pasasen los días, avanzando hasta que se hiciera de noche y nos fuesesmos a descansar, cabe destacar que el trabajo mas duro fue arrancar por completo el manto viejo, estaba muy pegado y ya tenia varias capas echada unas sobre otras, llegando a tener hasta cinco capas que despegar.
So we went little by little as the days passed, advancing until it got dark and we went to rest, it should be noted that the hardest work was completely ripping off the old mantle, it was very stuck and already had several layers thrown a few over others, having up to five layers to peel off.
Otra cosa que acotar es que una de las partes mas difíciles también es la hora de recoger los escombros y bajarlos, se hace difícil ya que vienes cansado del trabajo anterior y este te aniquila jeje.
Another thing to note is that one of the most difficult parts is also the time to pick up the debris and lower it, it becomes difficult since you are tired of the previous work and this annihilates you hehe

Una vez teniendo la totalidad del manto despegado y con el primer regado en el techo, procedimos a colocar los mantos nuevos, lastima que no tome fotos en el procedimiento, pero se hace con un soplete adaptado a una bombona de gas, con eso le pegamos el fuego al manto y lo vamos pegando poco c poco.
Once having the entire mantle detached and with the first watered on the roof, we proceeded to place the new mantles, it is a pity that I did not take photos in the procedure, but it is done with a torch adapted to a gas cylinder, with that we hit it the fire to the mantle and we stick it little by little.

Ahora si le podemos decir con una satisfacción enorme que disfrutamos la lluvia y que valió la pena tanto sacrificio, un consejo es que si quieres lograr algo, pónganselo como meta y trabajen fuertemente para lograrlo, fue difícil, fueron años para lograr esto, (la situación económica de Venezuela es el primer obstáculo) pero se pudo y tu también puedes con tus planes, enfócate y se responsable.
Now if we can tell you with enormous satisfaction that we enjoyed the rain and that it was worth so much sacrifice, one piece of advice is that if you want to achieve something, set it as a goal and work hard to achieve it, it was difficult, it took years to achieve this, (the Venezuela's economic situation is the first obstacle) but it was possible and you can too with your plans, focus and be responsible.
Solo nos queda comprar la pintura aluminizada para impermeabilizar por completo y asegurar que el trabajo realizado nos dura el tiempo requerido, esta pintura sirve para reflejar los rayos del sol y evitar que el manto se tueste rápidamente, tambien ayuda en el clima interno del hogar, ya que sin la pintura, el color negro absorbe todo el sol y hace que tengamos un día caluroso, pronto cuando tengamos para la pintura les muestro como quedó, muchísimas gracias por prestarme atención, hasta la próxima.
