Compartiré con ustedes una deliciosa y original receta, unas crujientes bolitas de maíz, rellenas con una albóndiga de carne molida, este es un delicioso snack, ideal para compartir con tus amigos una divertida tarde.
You will need to:
Necesitarás:
• 1/2 cup of cornmeal.
• 1/3 cup of water.
• 1/4 kilo of ground beef.
• Salt, pepper and oregano.
• 2 cloves of garlic.
• Oil for frying.
• 1/2 taza de harina de maíz.
• 1/3 de taza de agua.
• 1/4 de kilo de carne molida.
• Sal, pimienta y orégano.
• 2 dientes de ajo.
• Aceite para freír.
First, we pour cornmeal into a container, add salt and water, knead until a smooth dough is formed.
Primero, vertimos en un recipiente harina de maíz, agregamos sal y agua, amasamos hasta formar una masa suave.
Then, we season the ground meat with salt, pepper, oregano and two finely chopped cloves of garlic.
Luego, condimentamos la carne molida con sal, pimienta, orégano y dos dientes de ajo finamente picados.
We form small meatballs and fry in oil until golden.
Formamos pequeñas albóndigas y freímos en aceite hasta dorar.
Next, we take small portions and spread in our hands.
Seguidamente, tomamos pequeñas porciones y extendemos en nuestras manos.
We place a meatball on the corn dough and we cover little by little until it forms a ball.
Colocamos una albóndiga sobre la masa de maíz y vamos cubriendo poco a poco hasta formar una bola.
Finely fry the balls until they take on a beautiful golden color.
Finamente, freímos las bolas hasta que tomen un bello color dorado.
