You will need to:
Necesitarás:
• Eggplants.
• Finely chopped vegetables (onion, chives, peppers and onion)
• Butter.
• Oil.
• Vinegar.
• Salt and pepper.
• Berenjenas.
• Vegetales finamente picado ( cebolla, cebollino, ajíes y cebolla)
• Mantequilla.
• Aceite.
• Vinagre.
• Sal y pimienta.
First, I wash the aubergines, peel them, and then cut them into slabs.
Primero, lavo las berenjenas, las pelo y seguidamente, corto en lajas.
They are added in a container with salt and left for a while, then we squeeze with our hands to extract the bitter.
Se agregan en un recipiente con sal y se dejan un rato, luego exprimimos con nuestras manos para extraer el amargo.
Then, in a pot, add oil and fry the aubergines.
Luego, en una olla agregamos aceite y y sofreímos las berenjenas .
Next, we add a tablespoon of butter and salt, then we finely chop the vegetables and add them to the aubergines, let them cook until they wilt.
Seguidamente, adicionamos una cucharada de mantequilla y sal, luego cortamos finamente los vegetales y se los añadimos a las berenjenas,dejamos cocinar hasta marchitar.
Finally, we turn off and add a touch of vinegar, we can serve and enjoy this delicious dish ....
Finalmente, apagamos y agregamos un toque de vinagre, podemos servir y disfrutar de este delicioso platillo....
