El primer día trata del agradecimiento, soy de las personas que agradezco cada día por todo y veo como cada día aumentan las razones para agradecer, porqué? Cuando eres agradecido por lo que recibes se crea una conexión y atraes más bendiciones para agradecer, vemos lo bueno en lo que tenemos y no sentimos carencia por lo que no tenemos. Creamos pensamientos positivos y eso atraerá positivismo a tu vida, aprendemos que hasta los errores y malos momentos traen grandes aprendizajes, ya que hasta una patada en el trasero, te impulsa a seguir adelante.
En este primer día se debe enumerar 10 cosas por las que me siento agradecida, así que manos al teclado y a dar inicio al agradecimiento que hay mucho que agradecer😁

The first day is about gratitude, I am one of the people who thank every day for everything and I see how every day the reasons to thank increase, why? We create positive thoughts and that will attract positivism to your life, we learn that even mistakes and bad moments bring great learnings, since even a kick in the butt encourages you to keep going.

1. Desperté llena de vida/I woke up full of life

2. Tengo Salud/I have health

Por eso si estas sano debes agradecer con alegría Gracias, gracias y gracias.

Afortunadamente tengo donde llegar, donde poder descansar cómodamente resguardada del frío, de las lluvias y del sol. Cuando en estos momentos existen muchas personas que deambulan por las calles ya que no tienen donde llegar de nuevo digo Gracias, gracias y gracias.

4. Siempre tenemos alimentos/We always have food
Nunca nos falta el desayuno, almuerzo y cena. Agradecemos todo el proceso para que los alimentos llegaran a nuestra mesas desde su siembra, hasta su elaboración, ya que son muchas las personas que tienen que ver para que este se de. Y aunque lamentablemente hay personas que no comerán o solo lo hacen dos veces o una vez al día, nosotros somos afortunados y seguiré diciendo Gracias, gracias y gracias.

6. Tengo una hermosa familia/I have a beautiful family
Tengo 4 hijos que son mi mayor bendición y mi orgullo, nacieron completamente sanos sin ninguna limitación, por eso digo Gracias, gracias y gracias.

7. Cuento con un gran compañero/I have a great partner
Dios me bendijo con el hombre que tengo a mi lado @alinares ya que el me ayuda a crecer en mi amor propio, es mi apoyo, compañero, amigo, pareja y hasta consejero. Me siento muy afortunada de tenerlo en mis días, en mi vida y en mi corazón. No me cansare de decir Gracias, gracias y gracias.

8. Tengo a mi madre viva/I have my mother alive
Me siento feliz de poder contar con el apoyo de mi madre y poder disfrutar de tenerla así sea a través de una llamada telefónica, cuando me siento triste o molesta, solo la llamo y como mi propósito al hablar con ella es hacerle una visita telefónica amena siempre nos reímos mucho ya que me hace feliz saberla presente y escuchar su carcajada, aunque la mía es aún mayor🤣 es mi gran amiga y agradezco tenerla con vida y Dios mediante este 18 de agosto cumplirá 64 años y por ella siempre diré Gracias, gracias y gracias.

9. Tengo los mejores suegros /I have the best in-laws
Realmente soy afortunada de tener los suegros que me regalo la vida, @armandolnrs y @zorajr son un ejemplo a seguir, puedo sentarme con ellos y hablar de lo que sea, me dan excelentes consejos, son imparciales al momento de corregirnos como parejas, de verdad que estoy muy agradecida porque ellos criaron muy bien al hombre de mi vida y por ellos es mi complemento perfecto. Y como dicen por allí quien tiene buenos suegros, encuentra unos segundos padres seguire agradeciendo así que Gracias, gracias y gracias.

Cada día recibo una nueva enseñanza para ser mejor persona y esas enseñanzas surgen de los buenos y los malos momentos, por eso hay que agradecer todo lo que nos pasa en el camino del crecimiento al amor propio, porque todo tiene un propósito. Gracias, gracias y gracias.
