Bussiness wise this is a great move. The future is online. Reducing costs with rent and maintaining a physical comercial space can go into online marketing. Although it looks like a bad thing for the employees, it will open jobs from home for many. Will be interesting to see how the job market will be reshaped by our online future.

It will be a very interesting change and will force many people to restructure themselves (in terms of studies and learning). Also, many companies should already have complete plans to do this migration.
I am sure they do have this plan, maybe long before this happened. A shift in gears is not always a bad thing. It will change the way people consider jobs and a future inside a company.
