The app generates the token for you (SWEAT and SWEAT coin) which is equivalent to 20 SWEAT = 1$ and 1 SWEAT = 0.05€.
It's so simple to use the app, it's active at all times counting every step you take a day and sending all the counting to the wallet.
It also gives us the option of being able to use the money collected to use it on platforms like Amazon and with options of donating the money to campaigns that help the planet and/or people.

I have been using this app for a couple of weeks, I have not currently collected large amounts, for which I could not say that I have a lot of positive balance. I consider that it is a good app and that it has good purposes.
