Despite recent goings-on, I have been very much enjoying the beginning of spring. I think we could all use some beauty during a time like this. That which is defunct is recycled and bursts forth with unexpected vigor. Splits are healed, fractures sewn by the aether's humming light.

I.

A world mahogany, silver, and green
without my window breathes;
with just a touch of rose unseen
stirs the verdant spring.

All the wonders I have ever seen
—and ever shall—
embers slowly flickering
behind my mortal pall.

II.

Iron, dance with woodbine;
now stone, waltz anew—       
  with clover flower, sunshine,
the whole March through.

III.

Radius of metal bone,
a fine dust upon
the broken avenue, alone
betwixt the quiet lawn
where I am wheeled by my whim
over old ways, the while
a new seam through long days
the min'ral ivies hem.

The rebirth that spring brings shakes the energies spent in the spirit. There is a new light, hope and blessing with which to touch all the life that revolves around it. The joy of nature is felt in the vibrations of the earth.

Thanks for writing something here every day or so. Your writing spurs me to think and finally to write. I used to look forward to read your poems every day. Some were silly and some were serious, others meditative or sublime. And now I am glad they are back.

Today I read a metalic twist on Spring. Seasons are almost surreal as I landed in Dehli it was Sping, in Chennai Summer and back in Seoul it's winter.
