Hojaldras

Esta merienda es especial! Está la prepara la abuela para sus nietos a la hora de merendar. Mi abuela se la enseño a mi mamá y ella a mi.❤ Es muy fácil de hacer y súper deliciosa.

Para realizar ésta receta necesitarás ingredientes que siempre tenemos en casa.

Ingredientes

  • Harina de trigo.
  • Azúcar.
  • Sal.
  • Polvo de Hornear.
  • 1 huevo (opcional).
  • Aceite.

Para realizar la masita para nuestras Hojaldras. En un tazón mezclaremos la harina de trigo con una pequeña cucharada de sal y una grande de azúcar, seguido le agregué una pizca de polvo de hornear.

Procedí a mezclar los ingredientes con un vaso de agua, que fui añadiendo de a poco para que quedara perfecta,😌 en estos momentos no disponía de huevos en mi casa así que la hice muy sencilla☺️. Ya lista la masa la tapamos con una bolsa plástica o un pañito para dejarla reposar 1 o 2 horas.

I proceeded to mix the ingredients with a glass of water that I was adding little by little to make it perfect😌 at the moment I didn't have eggs in my house so I made it very simple☺️. Once the dough is ready, we cover it with a plastic bag or a cloth to let it rest for 1 or 2 hours.

Ya reposada la masa procedí a estirarla con un rodillo lo mas delgada posible. Ya estirada con ayuda de un vaso le di forma, y en aceite no tan caliente frei la masa 🥰 hay que tener cuidado no se queme, basta con freila 20 25 segundos. Y a disfrutar!! 😌☺️🤗
