Qurator's: Hive Top Chef! Breakfast // Egg rolls / Step by step

Welcome to my blog, this time @qurator proposes a challenge for this great Top Chef l contest on Wednesdays which consists of a breakfast.

The egg is a food rich in proteins and lipids, it is liked by children and adults, it is very versatile, it is present in numerous culinary preparations, this ingredient can be prepared in different ways: fried, parboiled, in sauces and in varieties of desserts.



Eggs are made up of: shell, white and yolk, they are very nutritious and suitable for many occasions.

Egg roll recipe


  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of oil
  • 1 tomato
  • Half a pepper
  • 1 small onion
  • 1 teaspoon of salt , or more, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper, or more, to taste
  • 1 stalk of chives


Procedure

  • We chop up the onion, scallion, paprika and tomato into cubes.

  • We beat the eggs and season them with salt and pepper.


  • Place a frying pan with 2 tablespoons of oil and put it on the heat, add the onion, paprika and chives already chopped and fry.


  • Then we add the diced tomato and let it cook


  • When we add the beaten eggs after a few seconds, we start spoon-feeding them and let the egg set.

  • While we're spooning them out, we occasionally lift the pan from the fire and when they're almost ready, we turn it off.


  • We keep moving a few more seconds until they are curdled to our liking and we move them to a plate.

  • We put salt, pepper.

  • First we knead the cornmeal and make the arepas, put them in a budare.

  • Ready the cornmeal arepas.


Now to taste this delicious breakfast.
