For this delivery "Hive Top Chef" Sponsored by @qurator , corresponds to something meaty, so this time I bring this delicious recipe "Medallions of loin in tomato sauce" a very simple and nutritious recipe.


Red meat is a source of protein, contains iron, magnesium and many nutrients we know that proteins are essential for the proper functioning of our body, also provide energy and beneficial to health.

Tenderloin medallions in sauce

  • 4 loin medallions
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 paprika
  • 6 Tablespoons of oil
  • ½ spoonful of sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper

  • Season the medallions with salt and mustard
  • In a frying pan add the oil when it is hot, add the medallions and wait for it to brown for a couple of minutes.



  • Turn around on both sides


  • When you're ready to set aside



For the sauce

  • Sancochar the tomatoes

  • When you're ready liquefy



  • In a separate pan, sauté the onion and paprika




  • Then liquefy, along with the tomato

  • Add to the pan along with the medallions



  • Add half a spoonful of sugar, salt and pepper.
  • Ready to taste these delicious medallions.



  • This recipe for Medallions of loin in sauce is ideal for serving with white rice and pasta.
