I like your idea of breathing through the fear. Maybe don't try to fight it... sometimes fighting the anxiety only amplifies it. but accepting the feelings and deep breaths, get yourself into a soft, comfortable position (in case a seizure does come) and then maybe fall into the feelings to see what you can find inside them. maybe if you feel as if they are a gift instead of a curse... something beautiful is waiting for you inside of them?

Thank you for this ❤️ Fear came because every time I had those feelings ( even if I dig deep into this fear), a seizure happened... that's why I'm scared of those feelings. I try to fight them…seizure still happened…but I'm learning, I'm fighting… meditating…I will overcome this…maybe not yet…but I will…
