Bizcocho de Zanahoria/// Carrot Cake by @dvar009

!Hola mi gente de @hive esperó se encuentren bien un saludo y un fuerte abrazo, en esta oportunidad quiero compartir con todos ustedes esta rica y rapida receta casera como la es el Bizcocho de Zanahoria esperó sea de su grato agrado y la puedan hacer en casa!

!Hello my people of @hive I hope you are well a greeting and a big hug, this time I want to share with you all this rich and quick homemade recipe as it is the Carrot Cake I hope you like it and you can make it at home!

Ingredientes:

2 tazas de Zanahoria rallada.
2 tazas de harina de trigo leudante.
2 Huevos.
1 taza de azúcar.
1 taza de aceite.
Canela al gusto.
Vainilla al gusto.
Polvo de hornear.

Ingredients:

2 cups of grated carrot.

2 cups of leavened wheat flour.

2 eggs.

1 cup of sugar.

1 cup of oil.

Cinnamon to taste.

Vanilla to taste.

Baking powder.

Preparación:

En la licuadora colocamos los siguientes ingredientes: la taza de azúcar, la taza de aceite, vainilla y canela licuar por 5min.
Luego agregamos las 2 tazas de Zanahoria rallada volvemos a licuar dicha mezcla hasta que todos los ingredientes esten bien mezclados.

Preparation:

In the blender we place the following ingredients: the cup of sugar, the cup of oil, vanilla and cinnamon blend for 5min.

Then add the 2 cups of grated carrots and blend again until all the ingredients are well blended.

En un vol colocamos la mezcla para agregarle la harina de trigo y el polvo de hornear para batir hasta unir toda la mezcla.
En una bandeja enmantequilla agregamos toda nuestra mezcla ya lista para hornear.

In a vol. we place the mixture to add the wheat flour and baking powder to beat until all the mixture is united.

In a buttered pan we add all our mixture ready to bake.

Precalentar en horno a 180° por 5min.
Hornear nuestro bizcocho por 40min aproximadamente a 200°

Preheat the oven at 180° for 5min.

Bake our cake for approximately 40 minutes at 200°.
