Se ha realizado un challenge (también conocido como el Pokechallenge) siendo uno de mis animes favoritos y de los cuales he mantenido tanto seguimiento iba a ser un pecado no participar.

A challenge (also known as the Pokechallenge) has been held; as one of my favorite animations and one that I have followed so closely, it would be a sin not to participate.
Se que la mayoría le gusta mucho los pokemons clásicos y si estos tipos de pinturas agarra mas interés prometo hacer mas de estos pequeños y grandes amigos. Aquí mostrare a un par de la nueva generación, uno de estos siendo la cosa mas esponjosa que he visto en toda mi bendita vida. Wooloo junto a un amigo Grookey... queria hacer los 3 iniciales de la octava generación, pero bueno.
I know that most of you like classic pokemons very much and if these types of paintings get more interest I promise to make more of these little and big friends. Here I will show a couple of the new generation, one of these being the fluffiest thing I have seen in all my blessed life. Wooloo with a friend Grookey ... I wanted to do the 3 initials of the eighth generation, but well.
Proceso/Process:
Aquí mi mini tutorial del post... que se que no es mucho pero si les ayuda para aplicarlo en algo me sentiré muy feliz.
Here's my mini tutorial of the post... which I know is not much but if it helps you apply it to something I will be very happy.
Paso 1 - Step 1
Es importante pensar en formas básicas. Cuando se pinta comenzar con lo básico para luego ir a los detalles ahorrara dolores de cabeza en las proporciones; ademas recuerden un pequeño dato llamado "gesture" es de ayuda al buscar dinamismo; todo objeto lo posee, principalmente los orgánicos.
It's important to think in basic ways. When you paint, start with the basics and then go to the details, it will save headaches in the proportions; also remember a little fact called "gesture" is helpful when looking for dynamism; every object has it, mainly the organic ones.
Paso 2 - Step 2
Por favor, por favor tengan una vista genérica a la hora de pintar (vean toda la pintura a la vez y no enfocado en un punto cerrado), esa es lo que diferencia a la boca y los ojos bien posicionados de los dibujos chuecos con brazos mas grandes que sus piernas y una boca que parece que salio del pómulo. Solo un dato pequeño.
Please, please have a generic view when painting (see all the painting at once and not focused on a closed point), that is what differentiates the mouth and the well positioned eyes from the drawings with strange eyes, arms bigger than your legs and a mouth that seems to come out of the cheek. Just a small fact.
Paso 3 - Step 3
Trabajar primero con el fondo ayuda a manejar los tonos secundarios; la sombra nunca es enteramente negra, este refleja los colores del ambiente...
Working first with the background helps to manage the secondary tones; the shadow is never entirely black, it reflects the colors of the environment ...
Paso 4 - Step 4
Yo personalmente uso filtros (Multiplicar, brillo, dodge color y sobreponer) con colores estratégicos para poner sombreados, no es necesario la limpieza al comienzo solo acertar en los colores a los que se desean. También tiendo a trabajar a ojo, una vez se va entendiendo la lógica detrás de las luces hay cosas que se logran de forma mas directa.
I personally use filters (Multiply, Shine, Dodge color and Overlay) with strategic colors to make the lights and shades, it is not necessary to be clean at the start only to get the colors right at this stage. I also tend to work by eye, once you understand the logic behind the lights there are colors that can be achieved in a more direct way.
Paso 5 - Step 5
Aquí me harté porque no lograba entender mucho a grookey así que me fui a plan "b". Es bueno también trabajar con tonos grises si los colores son confusos; una pintura realista sin importar la gama de colores que use, siempre funcionara en blanco y negro. Así que una buena clave es céntrate que los valores estén bien (puedo explicar mas sobre esto en posts futuros si lo desean).
Here I got tired because I couldn't understand much about grookey so I went to plan "b". It's also good to work with gray tones if the colors are confusing; a realistic painting no matter what color range you use, will always work in black and white. So a good key is to focus on getting the values right (i can explain more about this on future post if you want).
Paso 6 - Step 6
Debido al ambiente frió y el cielo las sombras tenderán al azul. Mantuve también un tono amarillento para las áreas iluminadas por el fuego y un uso del filtro "sobreponer" con naranja para las penumbras.
Due to the cold environment and the sky the shadows will tend to be blue. I also maintained a yellowish tone for the areas illuminated by fire and an "overlay" filter with orange for the terminators.

Fue interesante de hacer, así como una buena practica. Espero poder comenzar a pintar con mayor rapidez pronto para no sentirme corta en mis obras.

It was interesting to make, as well as a good practice. I hope I can start painting faster soon so I don't feel short in my works.

I had fun with the Pokemon games, not so much the anime (and then only so many games because it got a bit too repetitive for me x_x) and still play Pokemon Go XD (well not so much now). Still working out the newer ones as they crop up :) I think I've seen/got cards of these ones. It's a cute painting, that sheep is really fluffy O_O

and yeah, in reality for me the pokemon games are kinda of better than the anime xd...
i guess because the anime are for kids :'3
still, the pokemon formula tend to be the same in almost every game... (there are some that are different than expected by the way, but they don't get as much popularity as the original formula)
Pokemon Go was good though xD, but my phone doesn't handle the new update :c

Technically the games are also for kids, but I don't care XD I played the TCG til I ran out of time x_x
I think people like the "collection" aspect of the original games. I was severely tempted by Let's Go Eevee as Eevee is my favourite and the kids and I kind of want to get a Switch anyway (partly because of the Labo sets) but I don't have spare money.
Ahh it sucks when your devices get too old for the games you like :)
Hermosa ilustración, yo tengo que reconocer que si no aclarabas que eran pokemon no me enteraba porque me quedé muy atrasado con las generaciones jajaja. Me gustó mucho la calidez que emite y la textura que lograste para Wooloo.
