Yet another great post you've written and published!
You gave me a lot to read. To be honest, I clicked all the images, but didnt do more than just scanning the linked posts. One was a bit quicker to digest I suppose, it somehow stood out, and had a really great laugh about it, since its hilarious! LOL (https://steemit.com/showcase-sunday/@por500bolos/xmas-financial-graphic-divagances-between-my-steemit-s-hot-page-wanderings-and-cryptomarkets-behavior-a-forensic-analysis).
Very few are really willing to give themselves the license to think.
And this statement of yours is sooooo true! Not only for the communities we are in, but this applies to real life as well. Hence to growing group of people having their opinions in the black/white side of things, becoming extremist in whatever they believe and not being open to the opinions from the other side (also quite difficult to understand the other side, since reasoning is usually not part of forming the opinion).
Side Note
I wish I could summon the GEMS whales, OCD or the Big Curie for this post and your channel, or the Marky/Buildawhale auto vote, but as it goes in this decentralised world, all decide themselves what they search and vote for, not necesarily related to valuable content, good content, and quality additions to our community :( I actually wonder if by now we shall start the draw the conclusion if monetary reward based social networks was an interesting idea but nothing more than that. Maybe we shall move the reward side of things to something else. I would like to see a trial done with content rewards only, ie no rewards to posts anymore. If such change would drive quality engagement, we may have a case for continuation of direct monetary reward based social networks. When not, then I suppose, we better remove direct rewards :)
