Hoy Domingo, por lo generar se prepara sopa, sancocho, o asopado de Mariscos, pero mi querida esposa decidió tomar un día libre en la cocina, me toco cocinar a mi, pero ella no se puede escapar tiene que preparar el postre. Cocinar para dos personas solamente me resulta muy difícil, siempre queda para el día siguiente

Para preparar esta pasta utilice:

Ingredientes:

1 kilo de pollo.
500 gramos de macarrones.
1 cebolla
1 ajo
1 pimentón verde

Preparación:

Se corta el pollo, y se agrega al sarten para darle un sellado, luego se agrega loas verduras picadas muy pequeñas y se sofríen todo junto, se le coloca 3 tazas de caldo de pollo, me gusta que quede bien húmeda la pasta.

Cuando el agua comienza a hervir agregamos las pasta, solo 6 o 7 minutos, es muy rápido, cocinar esta comida, no podemos dejar mucho tiempo cocinar la pasta, porque luego se cocinara con el pollo durante un minuto mas.

Cocinar no es mi fuerte, pero cuando las cosas se hacen de corazón y con amor, todo queda delicioso, practico, fácil, rápido y sabroso, este soy yo disfrutando de mis macarrones con pollo. Lo acompañe con aguacate y plátano frito.
