Hello my dear community of @hive, really that these difficult times that we had to live during this terrible pandemic of the Covid-19 worldwide have changed our lives, for example I had always dedicated myself to working outside the home I am an oil worker and I work in the Oil Industry of my country Venezuela and I had very strict schedules and the time at home was really very little, but as a result of this voluntary confinement that we have had to fulfill, I spend much more time with my family and my children and I have had to reinvent myself and look for alternatives that allow me to enjoy the time I spend with them, I had never been very arduous in the kitchen my wife is the one who has always done it but lately I have gotten a little excited, especially for the reward that sharing time with my children brings, my children as soon as I approach the kitchen know that I am going to do something that their mother does not cook regularly and that is why they run after me, they get excited and They are very enthusiastic.
Hoy he querido traerles una receta muy fácil y sencilla que prepare con mis hijos en casa, se trata de una deliciosa torta de tamarindo, a mis pequeños les encanto, es mas no duro ni siquiera un día, la preparamos ayer y ya el día de hoy a esta hora se la comieron toda!

Today I wanted to bring you a very easy and simple recipe that I prepare with my children at home, it is a delicious tamarind cake, my little ones loved it, it is no longer hard even one day, we made it yesterday and today At this hour they ate it all!

Veamos que necesitamos?
Ingredientes:
500 grs de harina de trigo
1 taza de aceite
2 tazas de azucar
2 tazas de jugo de tamarindo (puede ser el jugo que prefieran o leche)
4 Huevos
2 cucharadas de polvo de hornear
1 cucharadita de sal.

El procedimiento realmente es muy sencillo, comenzamos colocando en un bol el azúcar y el aceite y batimos con una batidora de manera que el azúcar se disuelva un poco y se sientan menos los granos.

Seguidamente comenzamos colocando los demás ingredientes poco a poco en diferentes porciones, colocamos un poco de harina y un poco de jugo de tamarindo.

Luego seguimos con los demás ingredientes, igualmente añadidos poco a poco y en diferentes porciones, colocamos huevo, la cucharadita de sal y las 2 cucharadas de levadura.

Luego poco a poco vamos agregando los ingredientes que nos quedan en diferentes porciones y batiendo hasta que los hayamos integrado todos.

Una vez hecho esto colocamos aceite y harina sobre toda la superficie de un molde y colocamos nuestra mezcla.

Finalmente metemos al horno a 250 grados por aproximadamente 45 minutos, para saber que esta lista nuestra torta la pinchamos con un palillo de madera y si este sale seco quiere decir que ya esta lista.
