Hola Hivers, feliz día. El día de hoy estaré participando en una iniciativa de la amiga @gabygonz estoy muy emocionada de mencionar mis 3 frutas favoritas. Es muy importante el consumo frecuente de frutas porque garantiza la ingesta de vitaminas, minerales y fibra alimentaria y muchos nutrientes esenciales.
Hi Hivers, happy day. Today I will be participating in an initiative of the friend @gabygonz I am very excited to mention my 3 favorite fruits. Frequent fruit consumption is very important because it guarantees the intake of vitamins, minerals and dietary fiber and many essential nutrients.
1. Fresa // Strawberry
Me gusta mucho esta fruta, desde que probé las “fresas con cremas”. Son súper ricas, aquí en Venezuela se encuentran un poco costosas, pero son demasiado ricas y creo que vale la pena darse siempre un gusto.
I really like this fruit, since I tried the “creamy strawberries”. They are super rich, here in Venezuela they are a bit expensive, but they are too rich and I think it is always worth indulging.
2. Piña // Pineapple
Amo la piña, es unas de las mejores frutas que he probado, lo que más me gusta es que es dulce, pero al mismo tiempo acida. Cuando la pruebo es como una bomba en mi boca jajaja.
I love pineapple, it is one of the best fruits I have ever tasted, what I like the most is that it is sweet, but at the same time acidic. When I try it it's like a bomb in my mouth hahaha.
3. Cambur // Banana
Simplemente, es la delicia en el paladar. Amo el cambur, es una de las frutas más consumidas en el mundo. Me gusta mucho tomarla en batidos, es súper nutritiva y me da fuerza para continuar el día.
It is simply the delight on the palate. I love banana, it is one of the most consumed fruits in the world. I really like to take it in shakes, it is super nutritious and gives me strength to continue the day.
