Today I am going to make a post with the desire to invent something new, the name of the post is the recipe for making Pani Puri.

The first step in creating the recipe

First you need to take some raw phuchaka and some amount of coriander leaves and some amount of tamarind to make some pickle with some lemon 1 tbsp sugar 1 tbsp salt and some chaat spices.

Then the second step is to soak these tamarinds in some amount of water for 15 minutes then crush these tamarinds and remove the fibers from its body and mix them with water to start making sour then the next thing to do is coriander. The leaves should be sifted through a sieve with water..

Fry the panipuri in oil

The panipuri tea should be heated well during frying and then stirred well one by one or several at a time. They will swell on their own.
Care should be taken to ensure that they do not burn and then place them neatly in a pan or plate and allow to cool.
