Uno de los días más felices de mi vida, y sí, estoy muy agradecida porque cuando tienes salud, cumples un año más de vida y te rodeas de personas maravillosas eres feliz, sonríes y te sientes bien. Tuvimos demasiados detalles el día de ayer por nuestro cumpleaños N. 25 y definitivamente estoy feliz porque mi estómago la pasó de maravilla y pude disfrutar de las tortas que habían para nosotras. ¿Qué más se puede pedir? Todo estaba delicioso y lo más importante es que todo salió como lo planeamos.

Nuestro día comenzó con un delicioso desayuno preparado por mi madre, unas deliciosas arepas de corazón, con jamón y queso picado en formas de corazón y tortilla de huevo también con la misma forma. Mi hermana y yo quisimos plancharnos el cabello y maquillarnos, esto ultimo nunca lo hacemos pues siempre estamos acostumbradas a maquillarnos con lo básico que pareciera que no lo estuvieramos, pero como era nuestro cumpleaños, quisimos hacer la excepción.

Pero esta torta la dejamos para compartirla en el apartamento de mi amiga Gelmary donde sería la fiesta con los pasapalos preparados por nosotras mismas, pero con ayuda de mi madre que nos ayudó a freír las empanaditas y a preparar la ensalada de atún, a decorar y a servir, aunque en realidad, todos nos ayudaron con todo.

Una vez cantamos el cumpleaños en mi casa, nos fuimos con todas las cosas que habíamos preparado para el apartamento de mi amiga Gelmary, allí llegamos a decorar, armar y a servir lo que habíamos planeado.

Teníamos tartaletas rellenas de ensalada de atún, pastelitos de arroz con carne, tostadas con una crema de pimentón que nos regaló el hermano de nuestro gran amigo Wilkins y la cual le quedó deliciosa. Estaba estupenda y "se vendió toda", como decimos en mi país cuando se comen todo lo que preparaste, además teníamos tortillas de pollo, de unos paquetes que compramos en promoción en el supermercado, paga una y lleva dos jajajaja, había demasiada comida y hasta el ultimo momento seguíamos comiendo, todos se fueron con el estomago contento.

Todo salió estupendo, (vuelvo y repito), los chicos compraron licor, refrescos y limón para preparar deliciosas bebidas, bailamos, cantamos karaoke, hicimos hasta una hora loca con accesorios disponibles que teníamos por allí, nótese nuestras sonrisas y la fiesta duró hasta las 3 de la mañana, cada quien a su casa y no hubo problema alguno.
