Una iniciativa muy loable debida que nos permite conocer la visión de las demás ante este hecho. Antes de iniciar a internalizarnos en este tema me parece propicio indicar que este día surge en base a las protestas sindicales que llevaron a cabo las mujeres que trabajan en fábrica en los EEUU a mediados del inicio del siglo pasado. Posteriormente, se presentaron eventos similares en países Europeos y de Sur América donde las féminas pedían mejores condiciones laborales, igualdad con el sexo masculino y derecho a una presencia más activa en los aspectos sociales, económicos entre otros factores, que hasta el presente no se había logrado. Ahora bien, para mediados de 1977 la ONU establece el 8 de marzo de cada año como el Día Internacional de la Mujer. Siendo este año 2021 el lema Mujeres líderes: Por un futuro igualitario en el mundo de la Covid-19. Con este lema se espera generar una campaña donde se difunda el papel de la mujer ante la pandemia en el presente y futuro para un mundo mejor. 1. ¿Cómo celebras el día de la mujer? / How do you celebrate Women's Day?
Este día trato de mantener mi rutina como es ir a trabajar y mostrar el talento que tenemos como mujer y la importancia que alcanzamos en el desarrollo del país, desde cada ámbito donde ejercemos nuestra profesión. En mi caso laboro en la docencia y trato de formar a mis estudiantes lo mejor posible, a pesar de la circunstancias de la pandemia y cumplir los aspectos administrativos que realizo. Además, continuo el acompañamiento del personal que tengo a cargo y la formación de ellos, en temas educativos. Vale resaltar, que en esta jornada mi pareja me realiza una atención especial como regalar un presente o la elaboración de alguna comida especial para celebrar este día.
This day I try to maintain my routine as it is to go to work and show the talent that we have as a woman and the importance we achieve in the development of the country, from every area where we practice our profession. In my case, I work in teaching and I try to train my students as best as possible, despite the circumstances of the pandemic, and to comply with the administrative aspects that I carry out. Estuve analizando porque tengo varias opciones pero al final me quede con el libro si la vida es un juego estas son las reglas. Es un libro que me impacto porque enseña cosas básicas de la vida y resalta la mi importancia que no estamos aislados. Espero que sí tienen la oportunidad lo lean

3.¿Cómo te describirías en 3 adjetivos? / How would you describe yourself in 3 adjectives?
Esta pregunta me coloco a analizar y a pesar de conocerme quise hablar con personas cercanas para establecer si lo conocido por mi persona, coincidía con lo reflejado hacia los demás, claro sin mencionar que me motivaba a este hecho, Al respecto, los adjetivos seleccionados son humana, dedicada, ingeniosa.
Inicialmente, el adjetivo de humana se refiere a que he pasado parte de mi vida en el campo educativo y esto a generado comprender a los pequeños de la casa y colocarme en su lugar en diversas ocasiones para poder ayudarlos, motivarlos cuando se a requerido. Ya con el paso del tiempo me permitió comprender como manejar grupo de personas para dirigir. Además, en lo posible trato de ayudar a todas las personas que tengo a mi alrededor. El siguiente adjetivo es dedicada porque desde joven me he colocado metas y en base a la dedicación y constancia me ha permitido alcanzar mis objetivos profesionales y personales. La dedicación es fundamental ya que permite conformar nuestra visión. Finalmente, ingeniosa porque tiendo a presentar soluciones eficaces y rápidas a circunstancias que se me presentan. Además, esto me permite innovar fomentando la creativa en mi entorno
This question put me to analyze and despite knowing myself I wanted to talk with close people to establish if what was known to me, coincided with what was reflected towards others, of course without mentioning that it motivated me to this fact. In this regard, the selected adjectives are human , dedicated, resourceful.
Initially, the adjective of human refers to the fact that I have spent part of my life in the educational field and this has generated understanding the little ones in the house and putting myself in their place on various occasions to be able to help them, motivate them when required. With the passage of time it allowed me to understand how to manage a group of people to lead. Also, whenever possible I try to help all the people around me. The following adjective is dedicated because since I was young I have set goals and based on dedication and perseverance it has allowed me to achieve my professional and personal goals. Dedication is essential as it allows us to shape our vision. Finally, ingenious because I tend to present effective and quick solutions to circumstances that are presented to me. In addition, this allows me to innovate by promoting creativity in my environment.
4. Si pudieras ser hombre por un día ¿Qué es lo primero que harías?/ If you could be a man for a day, what is the first thing you would ?
En este aspecto me siento agradecida por mi género y siento que como mujer he podido lograr mis metas con independencia y en muchas ocasiones me ha tocado realizar tareas que según los estándares sociales y culturales lo debería realizar un hombre. Ahora bien, si fuera un hombre por un día me gustaría efectuar tareas que necesitan mayor contextura física como excavaciones, picar leña con hacha, mover cosas pesadas y jugar futbol americano que me agrada pero que las mujeres no nos podemos arriesgar a un mal golpe.
In this regard, I am grateful for my gender and I feel that as a woman I have been able to achieve my goals independently and on many occasions I have had to perform tasks that according to social and cultural standards should be performed by a man. Now, if I were a man for a day, I would like to carry out tasks that require greater physical structure such as digging, chopping wood with an ax, moving heavy things and playing football that I like but that women cannot risk a bad blow.

La cocina me encanta cocinar para la familia y elaboro unas ricas comidas. Disfruto realizar pastichos, tortas en diversas presentaciones y otros platillos. Este hobby es magnífico porque nos permite compartir un día diferente e integrarnos.

6. ¿En qué década te hubiera gustado vivir? /What decade would you have liked to live in?
Esta respuesta me coloco a reflexionar porque me gustaría vivir en diversas épocas pero he seleccionado los 60 del siglo pasado porque marco diversos factores en la humanidad. Al respecto, a pesar del paso de los años la moda de esa época ha marcado las personas y en el presente se notan algunos rasgos en ciertas tendencias. Asimismo, la música tuvo un gran impacto los Beatles la bando inglesa que todavía presenta sus seguidores. Sin olvidar, los aspectos sociales donde fueron claves en diversos países en búsqueda del bienestar. Finalmente, lo hippie que es una cultura que en el presente nos causa interés de conocer.

Me siento agradecida por el cuerpo que tengo, pero si tengo que seleccionar alguna parte me quedaría con la cara y las elementos que la conforman, ya que trasmite lo que somos y es lo primero que el resto de las individuos perciben al vernos. Una linda mirada genera un impacto y una sensación humana hacia los demás y si se acompaña con una sonrisa genera esa confianza fundamental en estos tiempos

Claro las mujeres pueden realizar diversas tareas que los hombres llevan a cabo. Si revisamos la historia muchas veces las mujeres han suplido al hombre en sus tareas y generando los mismos resultados. De pronto en ciertas tareas necesita algunas adecuaciones pero las ejecuta sin problema y cada día la mujer se abre pase en diversos ambientes de trabajo

No cabe duda que mi mayor alegría fue el día que nació mi hijo e internalice el valor de la vida y la importancia de proteger a nuestro ser amada. Y mi mayor miedo es quedarme sola en la vida sin poder compartir mis inquietudes, expectativas, temores con personas cercanas.
