Hi everyone! Yesterday was a different Friday, and this does not mean that I did a great thing, although for me, with my family, it is one of the best things I can do and I enjoy it so much, but I say this because my mother shared decided to accompany us on our walk to the supermarket and it is that she had time without doing it because she has had a very busy time since she is a servant in the church and I admire her love for God and I thank you for cultivating it in me and in my brothers and respecting what we want.
Pero bueno, espero que se repita esto más seguido, ya que quizá pronto mi hermana y yo ya no estemos tan cerca de ellos pues para nadie es un secreto la situación económica de mi país Venezuela y mi hermana y yo deseamos tener una estabilidad y mejor calidad de vida, por ahora disfrutamos de ir al supermercado a comer nuestras galletas favoritas y comprar para hacer una comida deliciosa juntos.
But hey, I hope this is repeated more often, since perhaps soon my sister and I will no longer be so close to them because the economic situation in my country Venezuela is not a secret for anyone, and my sister and I want to have stability. and better quality of life, for now we enjoy going to the supermarket to eat our favorite cookies and shop to make a delicious meal together.
Y así fue, a eso de las 4 pm nos fuimos juntos al hipermercado y la primera parada fue en nuestras galletas favoritas, las cuales ya les mostré en un post anterior, y es que somos adictos a estas galletas que la chica que las vende ya sabe como nos gustan, es decir, calentitas, y acompañadas con refresco, y les cuento que hasta a mi mamá le encantaron, pues ella no las había probado antes.
And so it was, around 4 pm we went together to the hypermarket and the first stop was our favorite cookies, which I already showed you in a previous post, and we are addicted to these cookies that the girl who sells them already knows how we like them, that is, hot, and accompanied by soda, and I tell you that even my mother loved them, because she had not tried them before.
Una vez nos comimos las galletas, entramos al hipermercado solo a comprar unas cosas para el almuerzo de hoy, el cual mi hermana les compartirá la receta en su blog, realmente quedó delicioso y es la razón por la que me siento llena ahora mismo mientras escribo este post, pero valió la pena ir al supermercado, valió la pena el paseo y valió la alegría disfrutar la tarde con mi familia.
Once we had the cookies, we went to the hypermarket just to buy some things for lunch today, which my sister will share the recipe on her blog, it was really delicious and is the reason why I feel full right now as I write this post, but it was worth going to the supermarket, it was worth the walk and it was the joy of enjoying the afternoon with my family.
En el hipermercado ya estaban vendiendo las bolas de jamón ahumado y de queso amarillo para diciembre y como toda mamá exagerada ya mi mamá quería comprar las suyas, pero al final no las compró porque mi hermana y yo la convencimos de que aun es muy pronto y que no van a subir de precio, así que fuimos a ver otras cosas que hacían falta en casa.
In the hypermarket they were already selling the smoked ham and yellow cheese balls for December and like every exaggerated mother, my mother wanted to buy hers, but in the end she did not buy them because my sister and I convinced her that it is still too early and not They are going to go up in price, so we went to see other things that were missing at home.
Cosan como jamón y queso para rellenar los panes o las arepas del desayuno y la cena, y allí en charcutería les cuento que ya estaban vendiendo las hallacas de diciembre también y lo bueno es que dan una muestra de ellas y realmente son deliciosas, pero como íbamos a llevar las otras cosas que hicieron falta pues no pudimos comprar las hallacas pero tal vez luego vayamos por unas.
They sew like ham and cheese to fill the breads or arepas for breakfast and dinner, and there in the delicatessen I tell them that they were already selling the December Hallas as well and the good thing is that they give a sample of them and they really are delicious, but like We were going to take the other things that were needed because we could not buy the Hallas but maybe later we will go for some.
Y así fue nuestro paseo en el supermercado, con mi hermanito cargando el carro mientras las chicas buscábamos las cosas que necesitábamos, y vimos muchas cosas ricas que nos provocaban a todos, pero solo compramos lo necesario y fue suficiente. Eso fue todo por hoy y espero que les haya gustado, y que disfruten del tiempo de calidad en familia como lo hicimos nosotros ayer. ¡Saludos!
