I love the days when you go out to have fun with friends after spending so much time at home or doing the same thing (routine), and this day I had a great time with my friend Gelmary (whom I have already shown in previous posts) who the Saturday afternoon she called me to accompany her to the mall with her mother and her cousin to buy some things and have a good time and of course I accepted, I honestly needed to clear my mind and do something different and that day.
Entonces me arreglé y mi amiga me buscó en casa y nos fuimos directo al centro comercial, ese día estaba lloviendo así que ella me hizo esperar un poco (casi siempre lo hace jajaja), pero finalmente nos fuimos allí. Tenía tiempo sin ir al centro comercial más grande de aquí de mi ciudad, y aunque me dio algo de tristeza finalmente la compañia fue lo que lo hizo importante, pues el centro comercial ya no es igual, muchas tiendas cerraron, no habia gran variedad y sinceramente no habia mucha gente, incluso el cine estaba cerrado y antes era todo lo contrario.
So I got ready and my friend looked for me at home and we went straight to the mall, that day it was raining so she made me wait a bit (she almost always does hahaha), but finally we went there. I had a long time without going to the largest shopping center here in my city, and although it gave me some sadness, finally the company was what made it important, because the shopping center is no longer the same, many stores closed, there was not a great variety and honestly there were not many people, even the cinema was closed and before it was the opposite.
Aún así conseguimos las medicinas que ibamos a comprar para el papá de mi amiga y finalmente después de tanto caminar y entrar a varias tiendas pues en una eran muy caros los zapatos y en otras no habia mucha variedad o zapatos lindos, pero conseguimos unos zapatos para el primito de mi amiga, aunque antes entramos en algunas tiendas de ropa y nos hicimos algunas fotos tontas probandonos sombreros y gorros pues nos encanta inventar cosas para hacer y así reirnos un poco.
Even so, we got the medicines that we were going to buy for my friend's father and finally after so much walking and going to several stores, in one of them shoes were very expensive and in others there was not much variety or beautiful shoes, but we got some shoes for my friend's cousin, although before we went into some clothing stores and took some silly photos trying on hats and caps because we love to invent things to do and thus laugh a little.
Después mi amiga nos invitó unas barquillas en Mcdonald's y ahí me di cuenta que los helados salian más caros aquí que en Colombia, pero bueno eso es otro cuento, a parte de que McDonald's también estaba sólo, o sea no habian más clientes que nosotros en ese momento. Luego nos fuimos a casa a llevar a su mamá y a su primo para nosotras ir a cenar y tomar algo con dos amigas de ella y aquí la pase genial también, allí comimos hamburguesas y otra de las chicas unos camarones al ajillo y tomamos cerveza y la misma chica de los camarones tomó cóctel, además un chico le envío un trago especial que venia en el coco y que estaba muy rico pues ella nos dio a probarlo a todas.
Later my friend invited us some nacelles at McDonald's and there I realized that ice creams were more expensive here than in Colombia, but hey, that's another story, apart from McDonald's was also alone, that is, there were no more customers than us in that moment. Then we went home to take her mother and her cousin for us to go to dinner and have a drink with two of her friends and here I had a great time too, there we ate hamburgers and another of the girls some garlic shrimp and had beer and the The shrimp girl herself drank a cocktail, and a guy sent her a special drink that came in the coconut and was very tasty because she gave us all to try it.
