I love scones! You can get them in the UK with raisins in them (in fact you can do all sorts of things - cheesy scones are nice) but they are delicious just plain (the traditional cream tea you would have strawberries and thick clotted cream with the plain scones.
The food looks lovely and those pictures of the kittens are so cute!
