The only middle is the imitation of "good" bread, which is basically cheap bread with a pretty exterior.

The breads you've made looks really good! The pictures reminded me of my travels across Europe. Such good bakeries out there!

Thanks for your kind words! Yes, I am slowly working on opening my own place when the covid thing calms down a bit. Economically, we are not in the best situation to open such a thing now. Keep safe and the same goes to you, don't let setbacks hold you back!
