[ENG-SPA] Milanesa de Pollo Asada, con crema de Arvejas verde!!

Hola comunidad, gusto en saludarlos, me encanta la buena comida y se que a ustedes también, por ello les presento mi versión de milanesa de pollo que es una exquisitez, en esta ocasión acompañado de una crema de lentejas verdes,arroz y plátanos gratinados, un plato suculento, les muestro la preparación.

Hello community, pleasure to greet you, I love good food and I know you do too, so I present my version of chicken milanesa which is a delicacy, this time accompanied by a cream of green lentils, rice and plantains au gratin, a succulent dish, I show you the preparation.


Ingredientes:

• 1 pechuga de pollo
• 1 cebolla
• 1 cabeza de ajo
• 1 huevo
• 5 cucharadas de harina de trigo
• 1 cucharadita de Sal y orégano
• 250 gr de Arvejas verdes
• 1 Plátano
• 1 taza de arroz.

Ingredients:
  • 1 chicken breast
  • 1 onion
  • 1 head of garlic
  • 1 egg
  • 5 tablespoons of wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon of salt and oregano
  • 250 gr green peas
  • 1 plantain
  • 1 cup of rice.

  • Lo primero es remojar unas horas las arvejas para quitar la celulosa de manera que no genere gases al consumirla, luego las colocamos a cocinar en olla de presión por media hora , ellas se ablandan muy rápido.

  • Mientras picamos nuestra pechuga, cebolla, pisamos el ajo, y lo llevamos a licuar, junto con la sal, orégano y huevo, una vez licuado y bien procesado todo le agregamos la harina de trigo para que tengamos una masa de pollo compacta y dejamos reposar unos minutos.

  • The first thing is to soak the peas for a few hours to remove the cellulose so that it does not generate gases when consumed, then we put them to cook in a pressure cooker for half an hour, they soften very quickly.

  • Meanwhile we chop our breast, onion, crush the garlic, and take it to liquefy, along with salt, oregano and egg, once liquefied and well processed everything we add the wheat flour so that we have a compact chicken mass and let stand a few minutes.

  • Luego en una bolsa plástica engrasamos y agregamos la porción de pollo y aplastamos, no tan delgada, la milanesa debe tener grosor, luego la agregamos a plancha caliente a fuego medio, dejamos dorar, volteamos, dejamos dorar y así con cada porción y tendremos nuestras milanesas listas, fácil y rápido.
  • Then in a plastic bag we grease and add the portion of chicken and flatten it, not so thin, the milanesa should be thick, then we add it to a hot griddle over medium heat, let it brown, turn it over, let it brown and so on with each portion and we will have our milanesas ready, easy and fast.

  • Una vez tengamos blandas nuestras arvejas verdes , las guisamos con aliño sofrito (cebolla, ajo) agregamos sal, las dejamos unos minutos con poca agua que agarren gusto y listas.
  • El plátano lo picamos en ruedas, agregamos una cucharada de azúcar y media taza de agua, lo llevamos a fuego medio para que tomen cocción y se caramelicen , una vez que doren estarán listos.
  • Once our green peas are soft, we stew them with fried seasoning (onion, garlic) add salt, leave them for a few minutes with little water to taste and they are ready.
  • We chop the plantain into wheels, add a tablespoon of sugar and half a cup of water, we take it to medium heat to take cooking and caramelize, once browned they will be ready.
