Tiny flowers and leaves similar to those of the clover, are those that have made my morning happy, although this small sorrel, is considered a weed, and its flower is particularly tiny, I can not deny that in its simplicity lies the great beauty of it, I wish I could have a bed of these in my garden, but that's just a dream, the Amazon tortoises would not let it get anywhere hahaha.
The sorrel or steel mill as it is also known, and whose scientific name is Oxalis corniculata, as I mentioned is considered a weed in the gardens, however, it is edible, believe it or not! Its leaves can also be eaten or ingested as an infusion, and they have a lemon flavor, although I haven't tried it yet, but certainly finding this kind of information certainly arouses my curiosity.
Apparently, this tiny little creep is rich in vitamin C, which is great these days. I must say that I have seen this plant countless times because in the family's farm it grows at its own pace, however, I had never seen it bloom and much less had I given importance to its properties or even its name, it has been like when we see a person every day and suddenly a change is made and everyone notices it, and at that very moment, we begin to pay attention to it, just like that!
Even though many of the plant's leaves are already withered and damaged by I imagine some insect, the tiny flower certainly calls attention, and apparently only flowers for a little while, because when I passed by where the plant is located again, a couple of hours later the flower was gone, so I think I passed by at the right time.

Flores diminutas y hojas similares a las del trébol, son las que han alegrado mi mañana, aunque esta pequeña acedera, es considerada maleza, y su flor es particularmente diminuta, no puedo negar que en su simplicidad radica la gran belleza de la misma, ya deseara yo poder tener una cama de estas en mi jardín, pero eso es solo un sueño, las tortugas de amazonas no la dejarían llegar a ningún lado jajaja.
La acedera o acererita como también se le conoce, y cuyo nombre científico es Oxalis corniculata, como ya lo mencioné es considerada maleza en los jardines, sin embargo, es comestible, ¡Aunque usted no lo crea! Sus hojas puedes comerse o ingerirse también en infusión, y tienen un sabor a limón, aunque no lo he probado aun, pero ciertamente encontrar este tipo de información despierta sin duda mi curiosidad.
Al parecer esta diminuta y rastrera es rica en vitamina C, lo cual es genial en estos tiempos. Debo decir que he visto esta planta infinidad de veces, pues en la finca de la familia crece a sus anchas, sin embargo, nunca las había visto florecer y mucho menos le había prestado importancia a sus propiedades o tan siquiera a su nombre, ha sido como cuando vemos a diario a una persona y de repente se hace un cambio y todos lo notan, y en ese justo momento le comenzamos a prestar atención, ¡Tal cual!
Y es que, aunque ya muchas de las hojas de la planta ya están marchitas y dañadas por imagino que algún insecto, la diminuta flor llama sin duda la atención, y al parecer solo florece por un ratito, pues cuando volví a pasar por donde está ubicada la planta, un par de horas después ya no estaba la flor, así que, creo que pase en el momento indicado.
