Talking about the last post that I have posted about wanting to get professional on the wall painting thing, I again got a really exciting commissioned project of the same. It was about a huge entrance/common space wall of a backpacking hostel named 'KARWAAN' in Jaipur. The owner of the place wanted to get the wall painted on Heritage theme of Rajasthan mainly Jaipur to get the tourists and people travelling and staying in his zostel know about the local traditions and culture.
It was a huge double heighted wall, approx. 21 feet high and hence was really challenging. So me with my sister @komal made a list of famous Rajasthani monuments, food, patterns, festivals, animals and many more and begin painting with the small, beautiful, colorful illustrations from the list one by one from a corner of the wall. It took almost 10 days to cover and finally complete the giant wall colorfully with Traditional Illustrations. It really was a beautiful project 🧡
