The bull manure has arrived at our processing plant in Pachacamac, and we are approaching to evaluate, what do we do with it? A quick analysis.
This consists of evaluating mainly two aspects that can be visible to the naked eye: humidity and inert materials.
If they exceed what is allowed, we proceed to return these products.
What happens if there is high humidity in the fresh manure? There is more water than manure, this at the end of the process would result in a lower yield of fertilizers (quantity). On the other hand, if the recently arrived manure contains inert materials higher than allowed, it implies a greater cleaning and sieving work, in addition to the fact that it can contaminate the final product.
It is important to carry out these tasks from the moment of collection, as it will allow us to have a quality process to offer a good product at the end.
These quality controls are carried out throughout the process until our fertilizer is obtained. In the next post we will tell you about the following processes and how we are evaluating, because it changes and they are different points to evaluate.

Este consiste en evaluar principalmente dos aspectos que pueden ser visibles a simple vista: humedad y materiales inertes.
Si exceden lo permitido procedemos a devolver estos productos.
¿Qué sucede si hay alta humedad en el estiércol fresco? Hay más agua que estiércol, esto al final del proceso se vería en un menor rendimiento de fertilizantes (cantidad). Por otro lado, si el estiércol recién llegado contiene materiales inertes superiores al permitido implica un mayor trabajo de limpieza y tamizado, además que no escapa que pueda contaminar el producto final.
Es importante realizar estas labores desde el momento del acopio, pues nos permitirá tener un proceso de calidad para ofrecer un buen producto al final.
Estos controles de calidad se hacen en todo el proceso hasta obtener nuestro fertilizante. En el siguiente post les contaremos sobre los siguientes procesos y cómo vamos evaluando, pues cambia y son puntos distintos a evaluar.
