Quiero compartir con ustedes esta rica y fácil receta de Ponquesitos, ideal para cuando estás sin saber nada y se te antoja algo deli 😍🧁

Ingredientes

150 gr de mantequilla.
200 gr de Azúcar.
2 huevos.
250 gr de harina de trigo.
1 cucharadita de levadura.
2 cucharadas de whisky/Ron.

Opcional: Cobertura.

100gr de mantequilla
100gr de azúcar glass.
vainilla

I want to share with you this rich and easy recipe of Ponquesitos, ideal for when you are not knowing anything and you feel like something deli 😍🧁
Ingredients

150 gr of butter.
200 gr of sugar.
2 eggs.
250 gr of wheat flour.
1 teaspoon of yeast.
2 spoonfuls of whisky/Rum.

Optional: Coverage.

100gr of butter
100gr of powdered sugar.
vanilla

Lo primero que hacemos es colocar a precalentar el horno a 180°C.
En un bol batir los 150gr de mantequilla, los 200gr de azúcar. Hasta obtener una masa densa y uniforme.

The first thing we do is to preheat the oven to 180°C.
In a bowl beat the 150gr of butter, the 200gr of sugar. Until you obtain a dense and uniform dough.

Sin dejar de batir, añadir los huevos uno detrás de otro, continua batiendo hasta obtener una masa uniforme.

Without stopping beating, add the eggs one after the other, continue beating until obtaining a uniform mass.

En otro bol tamiza la harina, la levadura en polvo e incorpora despacio a la mezcla.

In another bowl sift the flour, the baking powder and slowly incorporate it into the mixture.

Remueve hasta conseguir una masa homogénea.

Stir until a homogeneous mass is achieved.

Agregar las cucharaditas de ron y vainilla.

Add the teaspoons of rum and vanilla.

Ahora están listos para servir en los capacillos.

They are now ready to serve in the capacities.

Yo quise darle un toque especial y le agregué chispitas antes de meter en el horno. El horneado de lleva de 15 a 20min o hasta que tu cocina tenga ese olor Deli 🤤

I wanted to give it a special touch and I added sparkles before putting it in the oven. The baking takes 15-20 minutes or until your kitchen has that deli smell.

Déjalos enfriar y están listos para degustar 😍🧁

Si quieres decorar con crema de mantequilla, solo tienes que batir la mantequilla y agregar poco a poco el azúcar, unas gotitas de vainilla y listo.

If you want to decorate with butter cream, just whip the butter and add little by little the sugar, a few drops of vanilla and that's it.
