Today in dinner, i'm making egg bhurji Egg bhurji is indian dish made up of scrambling egg and with some veggies n indian spices. In india egg bhurji is made in various different way, egg bhurji is eaten with chapatis, parathas, bread, pav or rice. Egg bhurji is easiest and delicious recipe liked by everyone. We you are too tired to cook anything but want to eat something spicy and tasty than egg bhurji is the best option for you.
Preparation Timeโฐ 5 minutes
Cooking Time โฐ 10 minutes
Ingredients ๐
โ 1 chopped onion ๐
โ 1 chopped Tomatoes ๐
โ 2 chopped green chilli ๐ถ
โ 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste ๐ฅฃ
โ 4 eggs ๐ฅ
โ 1 teaspoon red chilli powder ๐ฅ
โ 1 tablespoon oil or butter ๐บ
โ 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper ๐ฅฃ
โ salt to taste ๐
How to make ๐ฉโ๐ณ
โ Take a pan, heat some oil or butter, add chopped onions, saute the onions untill it get translucent.
โ Now add red chilli powder, salt to taste and blackpepper, it will give awsum aroma of spices
โ Now add chopped tomatoes n green chilli now covered it with lid for 2 minutes.
โ now scramble the eggs and mix it for 4-5 minutes and cook untill almost done.
Now serve your egg bhurji with paratha, chapatis or bread depend upon your liking n choice. Try this easiest n delicious indian egg bhurji...
