Mil bendiciones mi gente de Hive, 3speak y discord, hoy les traigo un obsequio musical de mi primera Producción Discográfica Folcloreando con Gerónima Muñoz, es la primera vez que grabo en el CENDIS (Centro Nacional del Disco), quiero compartirlo con ustedes, fue el día miércoles 1.9.2021, considero fue una experiencia única e inolvidable, la idea es seguir proyectando lo nuestro y engrandecer la identidad y cultura de Venezuela para el mundo.
El tema se llama Luna Venezolana, el género es Pasaje, compuesta por el Maestro William García con el cual tengo más de diez años compartiendo escenarios, él es uno de los productores más importantes en Venezuela, arreglista, compositor, multi-instrumentista, destacándose en la ejecución de la mandolina, oriundo de El Tigre, Edo. Anzoátegui, a quien agradezco y extiendo un reconocimiento desde aquí, valorando una vez más su trabajo y dedicación por la música tradicional y popular de Venezuela.
El Pasaje, perteneciente a los llanos Venezolanos, es un estilo musical suave, sutil y más lento que el Joropo, generalmente se le canta a la naturaleza, al hombre o a la mujer amada. En estos tiempos hace falta interpretar el pasaje como vínculo con la vida y el amor y darle continuidad en el tiempo para las futuras generaciones.
El Pasaje llanero se ejecuta con algunos instrumentos como el Arpa, el cuatro venezolano, maracas y en otras ocasiones el arpa se sustituye por la bandola llanera. Así mismo, existen algunas adaptaciones con la Mandolina, Guitarra y Bajo, mostrando la belleza y su forma cadenciosa en la interpretación.
En esta oportunidad, me acompañan como instrumentistas el Maestro William García en la Bandola Llanera y arreglos, la Maestra Milagros Figuera en las Maracas, Carlos Lozada en el Bajo y Gustavo Bencomo en la ejecución del cuatro venezolano. Aparte, la foto en miniatura fue tomada por el equipo de producción del CENDIS, a los cuales les reitero mi agradecimiento.

A thousand blessings my people of Hive, 3speak and discord, today I bring you a musical gift of my first Record Production Folkloreando with Gerónima Muñoz, is the first time I record in the CENDIS (Centro Nacional del Disco), I want to share it with you, was on Wednesday 1.9.2021, I consider it was a unique and unforgettable experience, the idea is to continue projecting what is ours and enhance the identity and culture of Venezuela to the world.
The song is called Luna Venezolana, the genre is Pasaje, composed by Maestro William Garcia with whom I have more than ten years sharing stages, he is one of the most important producers in Venezuela, arranger, composer, multi-instrumentalist, excelling in the execution of the mandolin, a native of El Tigre, Anzoategui State, whom I thank and extend a recognition from here, once again valuing his work and dedication to the traditional and popular music of Venezuela.
The Pasaje, belonging to the Venezuelan plains, is a soft, subtle and slower musical style than the Joropo, it is generally sung to nature, to the man or woman loved. In these times it is necessary to interpret the passage as a link with life and love and give it continuity in time for future generations.
The "Pasaje llanero" is played with some instruments such as the harp, the Venezuelan cuatro, maracas and in other occasions the harp is replaced by the "bandola llanera". Likewise, there are some adaptations with the Mandolin, Guitar and Bass, showing the beauty and cadence in the interpretation.
In this opportunity, I am accompanied by Maestro William García on the Bandola Llanera and arrangements, Maestro Milagros Figuera on the Maracas, Carlos Lozada on the Bass and Gustavo Bencomo on the Venezuelan cuatro.
