Esta vez les vengo a contar de mi noche preparando unas tortillas con papas y un toquecito especial para cada una de las tortillas, ya que, como no se nos ocurría nada más, y ya era algo tarde para preparar algo mas elaborado.

Comenzamos conmigo picando las papas, las cuales pele, corte en julianas y deje remojando en agua con sal (para que estén más crujientes al freír), hasta que llegue la hora de cenar y preparar las deliciosas tortillas.

Al momento de hacer la cena sacamos los huevos (2 para cada uno), para las tortillas de mi papá, mi mamá y la mía, le colocamos al momento de cocinar cebollín y pimentón picadito, además mi mama a la de ella le coloco algunas alcaparras. Llego la hora y nos pusimos a freír las papas por tandas ya que para freír usamos un caldero pequeño, lo hacemos para darle un toque crujiente a las tortillas. Colocamos el huevo revuelto con el cebollín y pimentón en el sartén y junto con algunas papas (la mitad de la porción para cada uno) encima para que terminar de armarla, esperamos a que este bien cosida y le dimos la vuelta, esperamos un rato más y listo, la tortilla esta lista.

Además freímos algunas arepas “viejas” que habíamos dejado de la comida anterior, lo cual acompaño perfecto a las ricas tortillas, aunque no es lo más sano, en mi experiencia es lo más sencillo y rápido que se puede hacer para una cena.
We also fry some "old" arepas that we had left from the previous meal, which is a perfect accompaniment to the delicious tortillas, although it is not the healthiest, in my experience it is the simplest and fastest thing to do for a dinner.
