¡Hola Hivers! Espero que estén muy bien. Hoy les traigo mi artículo sobre la iniciativa de @bluemist sobre las personas a las que tengo más aprecio y menos aprecio en Hive. Y aunque usualmente no ingreso en iniciativas, esta me pareció interesante al ser una forma de expresar algunos pensamientos que he tenido a lo largo de mi corta estadía en la plataforma, y sobre las que me gustaría dejar un poco de diversión a los lectores.
Comenzare con una persona a quien conozco personalmente y he podido ver crecer en la plataforma de Hive, ¡pero no solo aquí!, sino que en el resto de actividades que hace en la vida real, en las que destacan varios emprendimientos que ha creado, la forma en que se aplica en los estudios y realmente en todo lo que hace. Yo personalmente la llamo con el nombre de un animal que me parece que la identifica mucho dado que representa las características de inteligencia y ser aplicada en lo que hace (buha). Ha tenido un recorrido con muchas experiencias buenas y malas, y actualmente he visto como se desenvuelve con mucha más confianza en lo que hace y ha logrado cosas maravillosas al poder asociar un interés por el maquillaje que es real, con la redacción excelente que ha tenido desde su infancia.
La segunda persona a alguien a quien le tengo aprecio desde hace un tiempo, porque representa lo que las ganas de tener éxito pueden hacer en una persona, a pesar de tener un contexto poco favorable ha logrado construir algo muy grande fuera de Hive, y aunque nos estamos hablando desde hace pocos meses, es una persona a quien conozco de forma digital desde el 2017, y me ayudo a salir adelante en los emprendimientos Online, y puedo decir una parte de lo que soy ahorita es gracias a lo que enseñaba en Youtube desde hace tiempo y sé que ha cambiado para mejor la vida de muchas otras personas. Actualmente ha despertado el odio de algunas personas en la plataforma pero también el cariño de otros, todo porque ha sido capaz de ingresar a decir las cosas claras sin importar si le cae bien o no a las personas, lo que hace que se diferencie de muchas personas dentro y fuera de la plataforma, y yo personalmente comparto aquello que dijo en su momento. Podría decir que somos casi familiares, pero solo le falta una sola cosa por hacer para poder llamarle así literalmente.
La tercera persona es alguien a quien conozco desde mis inicios en Hive, porque ha sido un referente de hacia dónde quiero llegar. Es una persona que escribe varios artículos al día, de mucha calidad y de cosas muy interesantes, y al inicio me sirvió de guía sobre lo que podía hacer o no en la plataforma y actualmente me sigue guiando sobre el camino que puedo seguir para lograr se grande en Hive. A pesar de que tiene tiempo en la plataforma y un poder sobre esta ha sido capaz de leer algunos de mis artículos y dejarme un comentario interesante sobre ellos, como también responder aquellos comentarios que he dejado en sus artículos con textos interesantes y muy amigables. Aunque es posible que no lea este artículo porque no publica en Gems, me gustaría dejar una pista más directa sobre quien puede ser, ya que es todo un “maestro de tareas”.
La primera persona a la que quiero hacer referencia es una persona que podría estar en varios de los artículos sobre esta iniciativa porque ha podido lograr que una buena parte de la comunidad latina le tenga rechazo. Actualmente sirve de policía en la plataforma y aunque pienso que su labor puede ser importante, también pienso que se le ha salido de las manos la forma en que trata a las personas, con insultos de todo tipo que a mi parecer son innecesarios.
La segunda persona es alguien un poco influyen en la comunidad latina y que hace contenidos de calidad e interesantes para su nicho, pero con la que he tenido algunos cruces de palabras desagradables por varios motivos, y si bien la primera discusión que tuvimos fue mi culpa porque en ese momento veía la plataforma de una forma más inocente, los otros encuentros han sido distintos, y en el que el ultimo se refirió a la forma en que escogió un bando en una lucha de titanes, y ataco a la otra parte refiriéndose a aspectos que también presenta el lado que defendió ya que ambos se encuentran dirigiéndose al mismo lugar pero con la diferencia de que uno decidió ir con un carro automático y el otro con un carro manual, por lo que me dio a entender que tiene un tipo de ceguera selectiva, pero entiendo que eso exista cuando ha demostrado que existe un sesgo de influencia en la plataforma, de todas maneras esto no es algo que critique ya que cada quien decide que hacer en Hive, pero si critico que intente hacer como si no existiera algo que si está reflejado en la plataforma e intente hacer ver mal a otras personas que hacen exactamente lo mismo que hacen aquellos que defiende solo porque no le beneficia a ella. Mi crítica es a aquellos que intentan “tapar el sol con un dedo” y decirles a los demás que es de noche.
Con esto me despido de este artículo, y que invito a todos los lectores a unirse a la iniciativa si aún no lo han hecho ya que es algo interesante y que puede hacerlos pensar sobre lo que ocurre en la plataforma, como también leer lo que escriben los demás para entender aquello que es valorado y aquello que es rechazado por los usuarios, tal vez esto nos apoye a mejorar como personas fuera de Hive.

And although I don't usually get into initiatives, I found this one interesting as a way to express some thoughts I've had throughout my short stay on the platform, and about which I'd like to leave some fun for the readers.
I'll start with a person I know out of the platform and have been able to see grow up on the Hive, and not only here, but in all the other activities she does in real life, which include several ventures she has created, the way she applies himself in his studies and really in everything she does. I personally call her by the name of an animal that I think identifies her a lot since she represents the characteristics of intelligence and being applied in what she does (Owl). She has had a journey with many good and bad experiences, and currently I have seen how she develops with much more confidence in what she does and has achieved wonderful things by being able to associate an interest in makeup that is real, with the excellent writing she has had since her childhood.
The second person I have appreciated for some time, because he represents what the desire to succeed can do to a person, adn despite having an unfavorable context has managed to build something very big outside Hive, and although we are talking about a few months ago, is a person who I know digitally since 2017, and helped me get ahead in the online ventures, and I can say a part of what I am now is thanks to what he taught on Youtube for some time and I know it has changed for better the life of many other people. Currently he has awakened the hatred of some people on the platform but also the love of others, all because he has been able to enter here and say things clearly and regardless of whether people like it or not, which makes him different from many people inside and outside the platform, and I personally share what he said at the time. I could say that we are almost part of a family, but there is only one thing left to do to be able to call him that literally.
The third person is someone I have known since my beginnings at Hive, because he has been a reference point for where I want to go. He is a person who writes several articles a day, with a lot of quality and very interesting things, and at the beginning he served me as a guide about what I could do or not do on the platform and nowadays he continues to guide me about the path I can follow to achieve greatness in Hive. Even though he has time on the platform and a good power, he has been able to read some of my articles and leave me an interesting comment about them, as well as answering those comments I have left in his articles with interesting and very friendly texts. Although he may not read this article because he does not post in Gems, I would like to leave a more direct clue as to who he may be, since he is quite a "master of tasks".
The first person I want to refer to is a person who could be in several of the articles about this initiative because he has been able to get a good part of the Latino community to reject him. He is currently serving as a police officer on the platform and although I think his work may be important, I also think that the way he treats people has gotten out of hand, with insults of all kinds that in my opinion are unnecessary.
The second person is someone who is a bit influential in the Latino community and who makes quality and interesting content for his niche, but with whom I have had some unpleasant word crosses for various reasons, and while the first discussion we had was my fault because at that time I saw the platform in a more innocent way, the other meetings have been different, and in which the last one referred to the way she chose a side in a fight of the titans, and attacked the other side referring to aspects that also presents the side that she defended since both are heading to the same place but with the difference that one decided to go with an automatic car and the other with a manual car, so she gave me to understand that she has some kind of selective blindness, but I understand that this exists when she has demonstrated that there is a bias of influence on the platform, anyway this is not something that I criticize since each one decides what to do in Hive, but I do criticize that she tries to make as if there is not something going on and that is reflected in the platform and tries to make other people look bad when she defends people who do exactly the same thing, maybe because it does not benefit her. My criticism is to those who try to "cover the sun with a finger" and tell others that it's night.
With this I say goodbye to this article, and I invite all readers to join the initiative if they have not already done so because it is something interesting and can make them think about what happens on the platform, as well as reading what others write to understand what is valued and what is rejected by users, perhaps this will support us to improve as people outside Hive.

¡Yo tambien los identifiqué a todos! Es fácil cuando todos forman parte del mismo grupo y se ven las interacciones, pensé que en uno de los personas fastidiosas escogerías a una ballena, ya que siempre decías que no era nada sin lo delegado, pero interesante 🤭 Quizá a mí me gusta pelear
Jajajaja bueno creo que no los identificaste a todos, realmente solo hubo interacción entre 2 o 3 personas, pero hay dos que no han tenido ninguna interacción con el resto y de hecho no veo razón para conocerse
Y sigo pensando lo mismo de la ballena, pero eso no hace que me parezca fastidiosa, o bueno actualmente no pero hace 2 o 3 meses muy posiblemente si lo hubiera hecho, es que como dije, criticar lo que hace una ballena y defender a la otra me hara quedar como un hipócrita jajaja ambos buscan lo mismo, pero con mecanismos distintos y si de eso se trata la plataforma entonces que así sea.
