Confiar para aceptar ayuda! A veces nos cuesta tanto. Algunas otras tantas asociamos el pedir ayuda con sinónimos de debilidad. Para quienes nos gusta organizar el día a día y acostumbramos ser planificados para todo, nos cuesta pensar que algo nos tomará por sorpresa y se saldrá de control. Pero la vida es así! El Universo siempre nos sorprende y llegan situaciones inesperadas para crecer a través de nuevas pruebas.

Trust to accept help! Sometimes it costs us so much. Some of us associate asking for help with synonyms for weakness. For those of us who like to organize our day to day and are used to being planned for everything, it is hard for us to think that something will take us by surprise and get out of control. But life is so! The Universe always surprises us and unexpected situations come to grow through new tests.

Me llevó mucho tiempo, pero por fin lo aprendí. Aún pienso detenidamente la manera en la que voy a pedir ayuda o refuerzos para solucionar una situación, en varias oportunidades le he pedido papito Dios uno o dos amigos de corazón, que deseen compartir conmigo en las buenas y en las malas; pero luego recuerdo que me encanta andar resolviendo todo yo sola, caminando sola y encontrando respuestas por mí misma. Entonces me parece que esto confundiendo al universo con mis Deseos.

It took me a long time, but I finally learned it. I am still thinking carefully about the way in which I am going to ask for help or reinforcements to solve a situation. On several occasions, Daddy God, I have asked one or two friends from my heart, who wish to share with me through thick and thin; but then I remember that I love to go solving everything by myself, walking alone and finding answers for myself. So it seems to me that I am confusing the universe with my Wishes.

• Espiritualidad

Te decía que me llevó mucho tiempo pero al fin comprendí, que está bien pedir ayuda! Está bien pensar que algo se te escapa de las manos y lo puedes dejar reposar en manos de Dios, el Universo o de tu Energía espiritual. Cuándo hablo de Dios no me refiero a un único Ser definido por una religión. Me refiero a esa energía sublime y mayor a nosotros en la que confiamos las situaciones sobrevenidas inesperadas, Esa energía mágica que todo lo puede y de la cual somos parte, Ese gran Amor llamado fuente de Luz que nos llenará de confianza y Equilibrio para confiar que saldremos adelante.

• Spirituality

I was telling you that it took me a long time but I finally understood, that it is okay to ask for help! It's okay to think that something is slipping out of your hands and you can let it rest in the hands of God, the Universe or your spiritual Energy. When I speak of God I do not mean a single Being defined by a religion. I refer to that sublime and greater energy to us in which we trust unexpected situations, That magical energy that can do everything and of which we are part, That great Love called source of Light that will fill us with confidence and Balance to trust that we will move forward.

Spirituality

Tu espiritualidad te llevará de la mano para confiar y respirar la armonía que necesitas en tu día a día. A pesar de que nuestra espiritualidad es individual también la alimentamos de esa hermosa Luz que poseen esos seres maravillosos con los que nos rodeamos, con los que interactuamos. Por ello si te rodeas de personas optimistas tu frecuencia se mantendrá en esa misma vibración. No se trata de rechazar al que nos necesita, siempre y cuando él quiera de corazón despojarse de esa nube gris que no le permite ver el esplendor del día a día. Es cuestión de arrastrar ese tono gris a tu mundo de colores, sin imponer, solo dando el ejemplo.

Your spirituality will take you by the hand to trust and breathe the harmony you need in your day to day. Although our spirituality is individual, we also nourish it with that beautiful Light possessed by those wonderful beings with whom we surround ourselves, with whom we interact. Therefore, if you surround yourself with optimistic people, your frequency will remain in that same vibration. It is not about rejecting the one who needs us, as long as he wants from the heart to shed that gray cloud that does not allow him to see the splendor of day to day. It is a matter of dragging that gray tone to your world of colors, without imposing, only giving the example.

• ¡Confiar y Compartir!

Entonces comprendí que una Alegría compartida se transforma en una alegría doble; está bien contar lo bueno que te pasa para reír y disfrutar!. Porque no? Tú no eres capaz de sentir emoción y felicidad por otros? Entonces esa misma actitud tiene quienes te rodean, recuerda atraes lo que eres y no lo que quieres. Entonces está bien confiar y compartir. Así también te puedo asegurar que un dolor compartido se transforma en medio dolor. Sentirás alivio en tu pecho, tus lágrima saldrán si están contenidas y quizás alguien más te ayudará a secarlas de tu mejilla. Te escucharás cuando expresas lo que sientes, y a veces encontraras respuestas en tu mismo hablar. Está bien confiar, está bien pedir ayudar y dejarte ayudar.

• ¡Trust and Share!

Then I understood that a shared Joy turns into a double joy; It is good to tell the good that happens to you to laugh and enjoy !. Why not? You are not able to feel emotion and happiness for others? So that same attitude has those around you, remember you attract what you are and not what you want. So it's okay to trust and share. So I can also assure you that a shared pain turns into half pain. You will feel relief on your chest, your tears will come out if they are contained and perhaps someone else will help you dry them from your cheek. You will listen to yourself when you express what you feel, and sometimes you will find answers in your own speaking. It's okay to trust, it's okay to ask for help and let yourself help.

El Universo te puede sorprender. Te enviarán refuerzos de donde menos te imaginas, encontrarás apoyo hasta de personas que no conoces, te toparás con seres que te contarán su historia y como la superaron, lo cual te servirá de Esperanza. Aunque se oiga como un eslogan confía en que los buenos somos más; porque tú ya eres parte de ellos.

The Universe may surprise you. They will send you reinforcements from where you least imagine, you will find support even from people you do not know, you will run into beings who will tell you their story and how they overcame it, which will serve as Hope. Although it sounds like a slogan, trust that the good of us are more; because you are already part of them.

• No estás Sólo!

Confiar en las buenas personas que te rodean, te ayudará a hacer tu vida más liviana. No tienes cargar todo el peso tú sólo. Aunque nacemos solos, desnudos y un poco temerosos, respirando de golpe por primera vez con el vital oxigeno que luego lo usarás eternamente…El Universo te une de inmediato con ese ser especial llamado madre y luego con toda una familia que te ayuda a crecer y formar tu personalidad. No aprendes a dar pasos solos o te alimentas de manera automática. En tus procesos del Ser siempre necesitas ayuda, para compartir, para alivianar cargas y para Crecer.

• You're not alone!

Trusting the good people around you will help make your life lighter. You don't have to carry all the weight by yourself. Although we are born alone, naked and a little fearful, breathing suddenly for the first time with the vital oxygen that you will use eternally later...The Universe immediately unites you with that special being called mother and then with a whole family that helps you grow and shape your personality. You don't learn to take steps on your own or you feed automatically. In your processes of Being you always need help, to share, to lighten loads and to Grow.

• Me llegaron refuerzos: Los Ángeles!

Te expreso mis palabras con la fuerte convicción de que me comprenderás, yo te puedo contar que En estos últimos días recibí una enorme ayuda inesperada, tanto de personas que conozco como de quienes apenas estoy comenzando a conocer… De seres especiales con los que sólo comparto de forma virtual y otros con los que físicamente ya tengo un lazo afectivo. De todos por igual, Recibí mensajes de aliento, palabras de amor, demostraciones de afecto, ayuda monetaria, y un gran apoyo que nunca había recibido en mi vida.

I got reinforcements: Los Angeles!

I express my words to you with the strong conviction that you will understand me, I can tell you that in recent days I received enormous unexpected help, both from people I know and from those who hardly I am beginning to get to know… Of special beings with whom I only share virtually and others with whom I already have an emotional bond. From everyone equally, I received messages of encouragement, words of love, demonstrations of affection, monetary help, and great support that I had never received in my life.

Los Días fueron duros, pero este gran barco cargado de Amor y Solidaridad fue mi ancla para inundarme de Fe como nunca antes lo había hecho. Simplemente confíe, me deje ayudar y recibí cada manifestación con los brazos abiertos.

The Days were hard, but this great ship loaded with Love and Solidarity was my anchor to flood me with Faith like never before. Just trust me, let me help and I received each manifestation with open arms.

Hola @graciadegenios bella reflexión, en el mundo hay muchos ángeles que están en nuestras vida para apoyarnos, yo pase también pasé por una situación de salud al borde de la muerte, y sucedió algo muy parecido. Dios está en todas parte. Cómo está tu bebé.
