Soy Aldara, tengo 51 años la actividad que realizo es el trabajo con niños y adolescentes en sus procesos de formación tanto intelectual como emocional , he hecho numerosos cursos que me han permitido tener un mejor estilo de vida saludable el cual me gusta compartir.
Practico y comparto el yoga como disciplina que me ayuda a equilibrarme.
El yoga me ha permitido conocer personas que están en mi misma sintonia
A través de los cursos que imparto apoyo a los jóvenes talentosos a tener mejores rendimientos y a trabajar en equipo.
La experiencia ha sido maravillosa tanto con la selección de Basquetbol como la de Voleibol de los juveniles de Barinas, Venezuela.
Me encanta trabajar con los jóvenes tienen tanto potencial son espontáneos y alegres.
Pero lo que realmente me parece apasionante es estar con los niños disfrutando en la naturaleza ambos ofrecen ese ambiente donde se pueden disfrutar y estar pleno y lleno de energía.
Son los niños una fuente de amor incondicional por ello es nuestro deber cuidarlos y amarlos.

I am Aldara, I am 51 years old, the activity I do is working with children and adolescents in their intellectual and emotional formation processes. I have taken numerous courses that have allowed me to have a better healthy lifestyle which I like to share.
I practice and share yoga as a discipline that helps me to balance myself.
Yoga has allowed me to meet people who are on the same wavelength as me.
Through the courses I teach, I support talented young people to perform better and to work as a team.
The experience has been wonderful with both the Basketball and Volleyball youth teams of Barinas, Venezuela.
I love working with young people, they have so much potential, they are spontaneous and cheerful.
But what I really find exciting is to be with the children enjoying nature, both offer that environment where you can enjoy and be full and full of energy.
Children are a source of unconditional love, therefore it is our duty to take care of them and love them.
