Today we went to lunch with my beloved husband, a rich choripán; the inexplicable flavor, I can only tell you that the bread and the chorizo were so tender that just by taking a bite it cut itself.
The richest thing of all was that sauce called chimichurri, it is a slightly thick sauce with a little ground chili, bell pepper, lemon, oil, sometimes they put a little oregano. And it is used to spread the choripan and give the chorizo that spicy touch.
They served it to you in those little wooden dishes that I love.
We accompany it with a beer and a glass of Malbec.
We were very satisfied with this delicious lunch, a classic of Argentine food.

Hoy fuimos a almorzar con mi amado esposo, un rico choripan; el sabor lnexplicable, solo te puedo decir que el pan y el chorizo estaban tan tiernos que al tan solo darle un mordisco se cortaba solo.
Lo más rico de todo fue esa salsita que se llama chimichurri, es una salsa un poco espesa con un poco aji molido, morrón, limón , aceite, a veces le ponen un poco de orégano. Y se usa para untar el choripan y darle ese toque picante al chorizo.
Te lo servían en esos platitos de madera que me encantan .
Lo acompañamos con una cerveza y una copa de Malbec.
Quedamos muy sastifesto con este decilicio almuerzo, un clásico de la comida Argentina.
