The first thing was to cover the cracks with a little white paint mixed with plaster. Then, using a spatula, I applied it to the cracks in the walls, which fortunately were very few and small, which made the job easier.
Then, the apartment owner was recommended to use a product called "Anti-Alkaline Sealer," which is very good because it creates a plastic film between the old and new paint. It also helps reduce moisture on the wall. It could be applied in several ways, but I chose to use a brush to achieve greater coverage. It's good, but they recommend leaving it for 24 hours after adding it so the plastic layer is stronger. If possible, go over it again, although in this case it wouldn't be necessary, but we'll have to wait until we see it tomorrow.
To end my workday, I only had to clean up a little bit since, despite being as careful as possible, a few drops fell on the floor. I used a sponge and a little water to clean everything thoroughly to leave everything nice and clean.

Feliz día para todos los amigos Hivers agradecido por compartir otra nueva publicación aquí en la comunidad #GEMS dónde compartiré geniales fotografías del trabajo que estamos realizando en la remodelación de un apartamento más específicamente en la pintura de las paredes de los cuartos ya que algunos presentan humedad así cómo las grietas.
Lo primero era tapar las grietas con un poco de pintura blanca mezclado con yeso entonces con ayuda de una espátula la colocaba en las grietas de las paredes qué afortunadamente eran muy pocas y pequeñas en tamaño lo cuál facilitaba el trabajo.
Acto seguido al dueño del apartamento le recomendaron utilizar un producto llamado "Sellador Antialcalino" el cuál es muy bueno ya qué hace una película de plástico entre la pintura vieja con la nueva además de ir disminuyendo la humedad en la pared se podría aplicar de varias formas pero elegí mejor hacerlo con brocha para lograr un mayor cubrimiento. Es bueno pero recomiendan dejarlo por 24 horas después de agregarlo para que sea más fuerte la capa de plástico y bueno de ser posible volver a pasarle otra vez aunque en este caso no sería necesario pero habrá que esperar hasta verlo mañana.
Ya para finalizar mí día de trabajo sólo me quedaba limpiar un poco puesto que a pesar de tener el mayor cuidado posible cayeron algunas gotas en el piso por lo qué con una esponja además de un poco de agua limpié bien para dejar todo bien limpio.
