Chicken Biryani Ingredients

Yogurt ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1/2 Cup
Onion --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4
Tomato ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3 Large
Green Chilli ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4
Corriander & Mint ----------------------------------------------------------------------------
Biryani Masala --------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 4 Tbsp
Whole Garam Masala ------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1 Tbsp
Salt ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Tbsp
Red Chilli Powder ----------------------------------------------------------------------------- 1 Tbsp
Turmeric Powder ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2 Tbsp
Yellow Food Color & Lemon ----------------------------------------------------------------
Method
• Marinate chicken with ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, biryani masala powder, and yogurt
• Leave the chicken for one hour
• Boil the rice in water mix with salt and whole garam masala
• Strain the rice and keep aside
• Fry the onion in oil till golden brown
• Keep some fried onion for garnish
• Add marinated chicken in onions and cook it
• Add tomatoes and green chilli in it and cook for ten minutes
• Take a wide pot, put some chicken in it
• now add a layer of boiled rice
• put some coriander and mint leaves
• make two more layers of rice and chicken
• add coriander and mint leaves, lemon slices, fried onion, and add some yellow food color on the top.
• Put the biryani pot on dum for fifteen minutes on low flame.
