I want to invite those women to share their experience in this space who support us to believe that we are creative, dreamy, talented and great. In the contest, in my opinion try to exalt the nature of being a woman, and its entrepreneurial capacity in the world, because the most interesting thing is that there are three questions with options to answer one or all. Me siento alagada por la pregunta pues me declaro feminista en todos los sentidos, realmente me gusta, primero estamos del lado opuesto del género masculino, sin crear malos entendidos. Es decir que NO somos iguales a ellos, tenemos físicamente tantas diferencias que no nos hacen superior o inferior, aún pienso que existe muchos limites dentro de la sociedad. Pero el mundo de mujer se abre camino a lo fascinante y maravilloso que ha crecido en lograr sus metas.
What do you like most about being a woman? What do you find most challenging about being a woman?
I am flattered by the question because I declare myself a feminist in all senses, I really like it, first we are on the opposite side of the male gender, without creating misunderstandings. That is to say that we are NOT the same as them, we have so many physical differences that do not make us superior or inferior, I still think that there are many limits within society. But the world of women is opening up to the fascinating and wonderful things that have grown up in achieving their goals.
En mi humilde opinión, nosotras tenemos características que nos hacen únicas y original, nos diferenciamos en la personalidad. Es por eso, simplemente disfruto ser yo mujer, descubrirme cada día de mi existencia, ser valiente cuando afronto los problemas, tiernas a demostrar amor a mi familia, a los amigos y al trabajo sin quedar atrás lo de soñadora y emprendedora que puedo ser, Toda esta gama de combinaciones, me hace sentirme orgullosa de mi. Lo que me resulta más desafiante en ser mujer, es lograr sentirme autorealizada totalmente, esto lo lograre a medida que me voy conociendo para satisfacer mis anhelos, proyectos, teniendo mente positiva que me incite a seguir superándome.
In my humble opinion, we have characteristics that make us unique and original, we differ in personality. That's why I simply enjoy being a woman, discovering myself every day of my existence, being brave when facing problems, tender to show love to my family, friends and work without being behind the dreamer and entrepreneur I can be. All this range of combinations makes me feel proud of myself. What I find most challenging in being a woman is to feel totally self-actualized. I will achieve this as I get to know myself to satisfy my desires, projects, having a positive mind that encourages me to continue improving myself.
¿Cuál crees que es el mayor obstáculo para el empoderamiento de las mujeres y cómo lo superamos?
Sinceramente, el empoderamiento, para mí pensar, es como un proceso de participación en la vida personal y social de toda mujer porque hace mucho tiempo se pensaba que las féminas era el sexo débil, incapaz de cumplir un rol dentro de la sociedad pero hoy en día estamos más empoderadas que nunca, buscamos seguir rompiendo esas barreras negativas.
Honestly, empowerment, for me to think, is like a process of participation in the personal and social life of every woman because long ago it was thought that women were the weaker sex, incapable of fulfilling a role within society but today we are more empowered than ever, We seek to continue to break down these negative barriers.
The biggest obstacle to empowerment in women is the lack of belief in themselves, feeling that they are confused or lose the desire to fight for their dreams. Well, it is time we started loving each other, getting to know each other, overcoming those inner fears, feeling like we own the decisions and are responsible for the results. It is to have a positive attitude towards existence and the effort you invest to achieve what you set out to do.
