Hola amigos de #Hive
Hello friends of Hive
I confirm that this challenge of the blog, is more interesting since I have become creative giving me the opportunity to continue working. Today it is my turn to present day #6 which deals with "What are you afraid of", it is a feeling characterized by an intense unpleasant sensation caused by the perception of anguish in the face of a danger that can be real or imaginary where our heart and breathing speeds up or the body becomes tense, that is horrible!

Every individual feels fear, this response is autonomous, that is, we do not activate it voluntarily in a conscious way causing automatic behaviors such as flight, aggressive defense, immobility and submission, in addition, there is another physiological response in which heart pressure increases, sweating decreases while body temperature reaches stiffness. Some examples, we see a spider, or cockroach we are startled before such a situation, we are scared by ghost stories that scare us leaving us impressed and not wanting to sleep. These emotions block us but we can overcome them by changing our perspective.

What are you afraid of?
Most of the time my fears are irrational in the face of a situation, I feel my pulse racing faster, my legs are shaking, my hands are sweating, so this is my list of things I fear:
- Le temo a la muerte, ocurrió por el funeral de mi padre, sentimiento incómodo, tengo temor dejar a nuestros seres queridos, en especial a mi hija.
I fear death, it happened because of my father's funeral, I feel uncomfortable, I am afraid to leave our loved ones, especially my daughter.
My fears that can paralyze me are fears of being in a car accident.
I am afraid of mice, spiders, cockroaches, snakes or centipedes, that avoids the feeling of panic.
I have an exaggerated fear of heights, fear of falling and dying or riding in a plane, I tremble at the thought of having an accident and it blocks me emotionally.
- Siento temor a las pesadillas.
I am afraid of nightmares.
I am afraid of riding my bike and falling.
- Le temo miedo a las casas sucias.
I'm afraid of dirty houses
- Miedos a las casas viejas y abandonadas.
Fears of old and abandoned houses.
I am afraid to go alone to a holy field or cemetery.
- Le tengo miedo que me entierre viva.
I'm afraid she'll bury me alive.

We must face these fears in order to overcome the emotions within us. I quote Nelson Mandela: "He is not brave who is not afraid, but he who knows how to conquer it".
