Desde pequeña siempre he viajado acompañada, de mis padres, mis hermanos mayores, familia, etc. Pero jamás había viajado sola hasta que se me presentó la oportunidad de hacerlo. Como todo en la vida, tenía miedo de hacerlo porque no tenía conocimiento de cómo hacer las cosas yo sola, se me había olvidado como era el aeropuerto, entre otras cosas que no me dejaban dormir desde el día que tenía el pasaje en la mano. Se presentó el día y parecía un día normal pero a la vez sé que iba a ser uno de los pasos más grandes que iba a dar ya que era mi primera vez. El vuelo salía en la tarde, mi mamá me llevó al aeropuerto, todo estaba resultando bien, hasta que me tocó pasar a la sala de espera en el aeropuerto mientras estaban preparando todo para embarcar.
Since I was a child I have always traveled with my parents, my older brothers and sisters, family, etc. But I had never traveled alone until I had the opportunity to do it. Like everything in life, I was afraid to do it because I had no knowledge of how to do things by myself, I had forgotten how the airport was, among other things that did not let me sleep since the day I had the ticket in my hand. The day came and it seemed like a normal day but at the same time I knew it was going to be one of the biggest steps I was going to take since it was my first time. The flight was leaving in the afternoon, my mom took me to the airport, everything was going well, until it was my turn to go to the waiting room at the airport while they were preparing everything for boarding.
Llegó la hora y mientras más me acercaba al avión, se me iban yendo los nervios pero aún así estaba nerviosa. Entré al avión, busqué mi asiento, y esperé que todo saliera muy bien. La hora aproximada del vuelo eran 45min, cuando el avión aterriza y nos toca desembarcar todavía seguían los nervios porque tenía que buscar el equipaje y esperar a mi primo para que me viniera a buscar. Busqué el equipaje y ya mi primo estaba afuera esperándome y desde ese día empezaron las aventuras de Wanda en la capital, conociendo cosas nuevas, experiencias bonitas y siempre fui feliz.
The time came and the closer I got to the plane, the more nervous I got, but I was still nervous. I entered the plane, looked for my seat, and hoped that everything would go very well. The approximate flight time was 45 minutes, when the plane landed and we had to disembark I was still nervous because I had to look for my luggage and wait for my cousin to come and pick me up. I looked for the luggage and my cousin was already outside waiting for me and from that day on Wanda's adventures in the capital began, getting to know new things, beautiful experiences and I was always happy.
Quiero decir que no hubo inconveniente ninguno, todo salió muy bien a lo esperado, es más, hasta mejor de lo que pensé y creo que de ahora en adelante me tocará viajar sola una que otras veces, ya después les cuento el porqué.
I want to say that there was no inconvenience at all, everything went very well as expected, in fact, even better than I thought and I think that from now on I will have to travel alone a few times, and later I will tell you why.
