A Ginataang Seafood with enslaving kangkong as a side dish and fried veggie fritters as our appetizer. - Wow! bet this was delicious.

And congratulations for the win! You should enter more competitions so you would gain more experience and rewards.

Thank you! Our culinary professor told us that the dish is good because all of the seafood plus the veggies are not overcooked. Sadly, this is the last time I will join a competition to our school since next school year, I'm on my internship and maybe, I can experience cooking disheu on a restaurant.
