Home cured ham revealed after about 2 months.

Yesterday, as well as making pizza, I also made a bit of bread and I am glad I did. Right now it is about lunch time and I was rather peckish. Then I remembered I had my ham drying in the fridge. I pulled it out and cut a few slices. Add this with pickles and bread. Simple but delicious.
