How difficult is it to implement cryptocurrencies as a payment method in a coffee shop?

Is this realistic?

I have thought in various ways and the truth is that it gets complicated.

Network congestion or some commissions can be something that prevents you from paying quickly for a drink, in addition to staff training.

In 3 establishments, so it would be a constant struggle for this issue, but since we handle a lot of cash flow, I think it is difficult to want to receive a payment in crypto, no matter how popular it is.

I have thought that from the start they should be these 3 currencies:

  • Bitcoin (for commissions it would be very difficult for someone to want to pay in btc, but it is also illogical that they do not have it)

  • Bitcoin cash (faster and cheaper)

  • Litecoin (cheapest but not the fastest)

  • Ripple (not to my liking but for this topic it is the best)

  • Bnb (commission could be acceptable and it's fast)

What do you think? Have you already had to pay in an establishment with cryptocurrencies?

I think that there is a long way to go before paying with cripto, there is too much resistance to change
